I would still recommend this company for sure, we had an excellent experience from day one, everyone in the office was lovely as well. Our quote was way below what we paid, but we know why it took longer than we'd hoped (elevator limitations and access problems in our new apartment) and weren't overly surprised by that. I felt supported with all the questions we had and know our move was a thousand times less stressful going with this company.
