I would recommend Skip Moving to anyone without hesitation. I had to move a queen size mattress so I googled "Move a mattress" after dinner one night and contacted 3 movers, Skip Moving was one of them. I was immediately impressed by the way Skip Moving asked for adequate details on their website for the quotation. it gave me the confidence that these guys know what they are doing, and I will receive a proper quotation. The next morning, I got the responses. One said that they couldn't reach me by phone (but I got no missed call), and the other was Skip Moving with a simple fee with their availability. I also noticed that Skip Moving actually replied within 20mins of my quotation request. From then on we exchanged a couple more emails, and they were very responsive and easy to communicate. On the move day, they did turn up 10mins late. They could have called and told me about the slight delay, but I was okay with it. Thomas and Rafael were polite and professional. They even gave me a ride on their truck to the destination and we had a nice chat on the way. All in all a very responsible, transparent, polite, professional, easy, and smooth experience, and again I would recommend Skip Moving to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again Thomas and Rafael!

Down to earth. Within the first 20 min I could tell he was looking out for my best interest and helped me save money that he could have very easily taken advantage of. Thomas and their skip moving crew were right on time and the best thing about their service is there are no minimum number of hours so you pretty much pay for a 15 minute pro rated basis. I'll highly recommend them.

Skip Moving really came through for me and went above and beyond with a last minute request when I had to move from Toronto to Vancouver in a hurry for work. I needed a mattress moved across the city to my new place here with less than a day’s notice and they were friendly, efficient and professional. The affordability was a huge bonus as well for my budget as a formerly furloughed flight attendant. Thomas was so nice, worked quickly and with extra care to make sure the mattress was moved safely and would stay in perfect condition. He had all the tools necessary to make the move go smoothly and even took a small bedside table I had picked up just before our appointment in the truck free of charge. I would absolutely recommend his services if you need anything moved or picked up in the greater Vancouver area. Thank you! :)
