I can't say enough good things about Go Truck Go. Communication over the phone and by email was excellent. Timely responses and clear instructions. Price was very reasonable, and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. They showed up on time and handled our stuff with the greatest of care and didn't cause a single smidgen of damage to our new house, despite its tight corners and dated, not-open-concept room design. They were super friendly to my dog, who is very uncomfortable around strangers. It took an extra hour, but they did an incredible job of putting my captain's bed together (the kind with drawers underneath), without any instructions. That, friends, is the mark of experience right there.

2nd time I’ve used Go Truck Go, and once again, absolutely stellar service! This time I hired them to move a friend of ours - very difficult scenario, with the move out condo being over 300 ft from the closest spot where the strata allows moving trucks to park. Also, the move involved many small boxes. The GTG guys (Jason & David) handled it like true pros, and they were loaded and ready to go to the new place in about 3 hrs. Fantastic! They worked quickly but carefully, treated everything like it was their own, and were friendly and courteous too. They will continue to be the movers I call. 100% satisfied!

These people are excellent. I've hired them twice for a move of a one bedroom apartment. Price is extremely reasonable. The movers are very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and quickly moved all items. The first time they helped me move they completed the move in an even shorter time than originally quoted. They are careful with all items and wrap all large items with blankets. Their website is very helpful and allows you to get a good estimate on the cost. Will hire Go Truck Go anytime I need to move.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! So friendly, so efficient, really trustworthy, and just really nice guys! The only downside was they arrived late, so that was a bit stressful on moving day, but with how hard they worked all was quickly forgiven. Would use this team/company again in a heart beat. Really felt their pricing was competitive, if not better than others, and was so happy there were three guys not just two. Also used frog boxes for packing and that was great too. Thank you guys!!!

These guys were absolutely amazing!! They had run into their problem with their bigger trucks (someone vandalized their truck) and they came in one of their smaller trucks. We were super impressed with how quickly we got out of our place to our new place. We then had this massive couch that needed to be moved and turned out didn't fit in our new place. We arranged to have it moved toward my parents place the next day but they offered to do it for us. The price was amazing, the service was spectacular! PERFECTION. I called Sean to book a long weekend move with short notice, and he went out of his way to secure a three-man team for me. They arrived five minutes early, carefully attended to every detail of the move and were incredibly charming to boot. Their thoughtfulness was evident in both the careful manner they treated an entire office worth of delicate equipment, and in checking with me during the offloading to make sure that things were set down in ideal locations in the new space. I've handled a lot of moves, both residential and work-related, and never had anything go as smoothly and efficiently as today's did. I'm going to heartily recommend them to anyone I know who needs movers in future.

It was a 1BR move with roughly 35 boxes, furniture, and a bunch of loose unpackable items, and we were able to get the job done in 5 hours. Had a fantastic experience with these guys! They finished moving my 1 bedroom apartment in under 3 hours - including travel time! They fit all of my stuff into a storage locker that I thought would be too small. Both movers (I don't recall their names - one was Irish) were very nice to work with. It was seriously the easiest move ever! I would highly recommend this company. The only suggestion I have would be to hire a dedicated administration / booking person. It took quite a while to hear back from the owner when it came to availability and start time etc. But overall it was a fantastic experience.

Go Truck Go helped my company move offices downtown last week and they went way over and above my expectations. This was my first time moving an office (coordinating all the details myself), and I was nervous about picking a company but went with Go Truck Go after reading the reviews and after receiving a quote from them that was lower than other moving companies. Long story short, I am so impressed by their level of customer service. From the get-go, Sean was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls meaning that every time a minor detail came up, I could rest easy knowing it was taken care of. The movers, Connor and Richy, called us ahead of time letting us know they would be arriving early, which was welcome news to us. They worked so hard for us moving our heavy, awkward furniture even with our super awkward parking/loading situation at both buildings. They went above and beyond to complete our move in 4 hours (which was still less than some other moving companies had quoted us when I was shopping around) and were smiling and joking with our staff the whole way through. Went with Go Truck Go based on the great reviews which were bang on. We had two movers (man and lady). Pretty much on time. Professional and courteous. They moved things quickly and efficiently but most important to us was that they treated our possessions with respect. Previous movers scratched the door frame moving our couch. These movers wrapped cloth(?) and plastic around our furniture (because it was raining) even though they were only wheeling it across an alley to the new building we were moving into. Highly recommended.

I had the worst experience with these guys. I was inquiring about a move and they said if I can call them back later as they are busy. I was shocked about their impolite behaviour towards me. I thought customer service is key to a service based business. Don't deal with these guys. It seems like they are busy on the phone to bother with new businesses. As well as they seem a bit slow on their phone like they are hang over or dazed. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I rather go with a mover that actually wants my business rather than can you give me a call back cause I am busy right now and no one is here to attend to you? However the irony is you call me back!

Last week, we moved from a very large home to a 3 bedroom apartment (move was done in 2 consecutive days; 1st day - furniture and boxes to 3 bedroom apartment, and 2nd day - remainder of things to storage locker and boxes, plants and outdoor furniture to the apartment). I heard about Go Truck Go by reviewing another larger moving company (the person writing the review hired Go Truck Go after being unsatisfied with the other company). I filled out the online form, and Richard responded promptly. Donal (main contact person) and two other young men were non stop, careful and courteous. The movers wrapped the sofas, paintings and upholstered chairs; they dismantled and re-assembled three beds. What impressed me most was their professional attitude. There was a down pour of rain on both days. The movers were drenched wet, yet they continued on without any complaints. I felt so bad for them. The only way I felt I could show my appreciation was to leave them a tip at the end of the move, for their exceptional service in the heavy and constant rain. I came across them online and liked the reviews so I booked them for my move. The two movers were right on time, knowledgeable about what they were doing and very friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. When we got to the new place they made sure that all the furniture was placed where I wanted it. Two small things were affected in the move, but Sean was very professional and quick to respond, and reimbursed me for the two things. Nothing big or valuable was damaged or scratched and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I also liked the fact that they were a smaller outfit located in my neighbourhood. From the very first interaction online, to the follow up call, booking and then actual move itself - which I'll come back to - Go Truck Go is hands down the most professional and customer service focused moving company I have worked with to date and, most importantly, an absolute pleasure to deal with. On to the move itself...They were on time, extremely efficient and took great care with my things. They were also a lot of fun and made the day a painless one for me (thank you, Conor and Sacha!). To top it all off, they also helped me to set back up my ridiculously large IKEA bookshelf in the new place - a job I would never have been able to do on my own and appreciated even more than the help with the move!
