If you need to move, call these guys! They respond really fast to inquiries, the price they quoted us was the price we paid and their service is excellent! We moved from Olympic Village to New Westminister and they made it super easy! The guys that moved our stuff were efficient and made sure everything was packed safely, they were really nice guys and had super awesome customers service- which is rare nowadays! Thank you so much for being awesome! I highly recommend these guys!

I, like everyone else, absolutely DREAD moving. We were referred to Beacon by Maple Leaf Storage, and boy oh boy were we glad they did. I cannot emphasize enough how professional, friendly, and speedy these guys were. From the moment they entered our house, we were greeted by very kind movers who assessed our possessions and furniture to best pre-plan how they would fit everything into their truck. They took painstaking care in moving everything and spoke up about anything that they weren't sure about. Our move is a more complicated one because we first need to move everything to a storage facility first, then again later this month to our new place out in Mission. Beacon was more than happy to arrange everything so that they would be there for us when we need them again for the second move. Thank you so much, Lily, Bobby, and Ace!! I highly recommend them!

Excellent! First class all the way. Moved from Vancouver to Victoria BC and the communication before and during was superb. No breakages at all and the moving crews professional and friendly. The crew was very professional, friendly and prompt. I got everything moved without even a minor damage. They are very good unlike many other movers. Wow! Second time using these guys in the past 4 years and they are still amazing! Polite, professional, personable and experienced. Bobby and Bruce were on top of everything, they knew what to do and the best way to do it. The team arrived at the storage facility (which they are familiar with) on time and kept me informed about the progress. They arrive at my building to just when the elevator was reserved for the move-in and completed moving everything on schedule. All was in good shape and they managed to move a large bookshelf through a tight angle. Another thing that sets Lily and Bobby apart from other movers i have dealt with, is that they are just really pleasant people to interact with.

Look no further and go ahead and call these guys. Our move from Vancouver to Nanaimo was very smooth. Awesome customer service and their box rental is exactly what you need. The boxes are free for a couple weeks and then pretty cheap for an extra week. They delivered 20 boxes for our move and it made everything so easy. A couple days before the move they called to confirm everything and to ask if I needed mattress covers or if I had any questions or concerns. They even told me about the movers and what to expect. The movers arrived on time and quickly got to work. They wrapped everything and loaded it carefully into their truck. The other end was just as easy. I have never hired movers before but I was short on time and needed the extra help. I honestly did not know what to expect but was hoping for the best. Lily at the office and head crew guy Bobby exceeded my expectations. First, the booking process was quick and easy. Lily was patient with me while I tried to figure out strata times to move. On the day of the move, they arrived early, ready to go. Again, they were patient as strata failed to lock the elevator for us and for one hour we had to wait for an available elevator to complete loads. Bobby and the crew worked quickly and came prepared. They covered the flooring in both places to not dirty up the carpet ect.. I was honestly blown away by how well organized they are and easy to deal with. They are professional but also personable. Settling the bill was quick and easy and came in under what was initially quoted. We did try to help them as much as we can ourselves which reduced the overall moving time. Everything was delivered, nothing was broken and their help made my moving day that much easier. I would definitely hire them for my next move and am recommending them to anyone looking for movers. Again, I cannot thank them enough for their help and the way they conducted themselves through a few unforseen obstacles on the day. Thanks again Beacon crew!!!!

Well first of all Tyler, Bobby and Tom showed up on time, were easy to work with and very responsive to any requests. They took great care in wrapping my railings and all my household goods to prevent damage to either the house or the household goods being moved to Nanaimo. This is my second experience with using a moving company. My first experience was a nightmare, so I was worried. A friend recommended this company, it was an amazing experience! I could go on for pages! They not only supplied boxers, were right on time, they had us moved in 6 hours. We have a huge amount of stuff, and it had to be carried up four floors as the building had no elevator! Completely professional, helpful, and courteous to the end. Very impressive!

Highly recommend this company. We used them for both our moves within lower mainland. They are very professional on the phone as well as the mover. They laid down red carpet when they come in and able to wrap all furniture, tv and glass without any damage. Also, if your time finished below their quote, they would reduce the amount charged as well. Very great company!
