Bought a 2020 Can-Am Maverick X3 XRC Turbo RR from Roch after having issues at another dealership. As I had never sat in one in person, Roch actually brought his personal X3 in so I could check it out. Had great service, they're really knowledgeable when it comes to parts and accessories, with actual experience using them. One thing to keep in mind however, is it is a dealership with a smaller team and a huge customer base so don't expect immediate response, but they will get back to you. 5/5 Great people to deal with.

TL/DR: Great sales, go elsewhere for parts or service unless you're willing to wait multiple weeks. Roch is a great owner/salesman but his parts department lack the same initiative. Although some try, most are just previous cashiers and tend to have a difficult time getting the hang of things. Parts are also rarely in stock, even for common machines and you're stuck waiting at least a week, which means down time. Stogan's Powersports in Grand Prairie Alberta is able to mitigate this by keeping an extremely large selection of parts on hand so that you rarely have to order anything, even for machines up to 20 years old. In the old building it was understandable because of its space limitations but his new building has ample room. The main reason this business is successful is because it is the only dealer around and he has the monopoly. If someone were to open another in North Bay, he would go under within 2 years. They have to sort they're parts and service out, there's absolutely no reason someone should have to wait 1+ weeks for parts on a 20k+ machine. Most are from out of town and break down on the trail and are left ending they're trip early since they can't repair they're machine. Instead of forcing you to pay a restocking fee if you cancel an order, they should add it into their inventory, because you never know when the next person will need it, and now they wouldn't have to wait a few weeks, potentially ending they're season.

I had showed up to purchase an atv, with down payment in pocket, but was not showed any satisfaction and was supposed to call Roch on the Monday. Called the Monday in the morning and afternoon, he was out of the office, left my name and number with the secretary stating I wanted to purchase an atv. No call back that day. Called the Tuesday, same thing not available left name and number with someone, no call back. Thanks for nothing. Went to Geisler Marine in Powassan Wednesday and walked out with a purchase agreement.

The owners and staff are very friendly and the service is 2nd to none, They have a brand new Huge show room , is a must see, I brought in my defender side by side for servicing , they did a amazing job, every grease fitting was greased the go over the bike from top to bottom! Next , i brought in my ski-doo expedition for a carb clean and service , again they do amazing work! i can not recommend this place enough, my next purchase will be a brand new sled! thank you Roch and Crew!.

Bought a brand new Outlander max last spring. Got it on time, everything was good except I found it wasn't put together well. Had to tighten up the rack and fix melted wires that weren't routed well around the exhaust. And no deal on first service. So I'll be doing first service myself!
