It was a very easy and stress free procedure to sign up for the locker size we needed. The facility is clean, the dock area is very well laid out and easy to use. The available carts make moving belonging easy. The security system is also very user friendly.

Laurie and her team are the best! We recently relocated to Welland from out of the country. We had to move for work however, as one might expect, doing so during COVID was a nightmare. Our movers lost our things, we had to be in quarentine because of travel, etc. etc. But through it all Laurie was kind, helpful and so accomidating. She and her team were always there to make sure that our storage needs were met. She even made suggestions to help us save some money! If you ever need a safe, clean place to store your extra items I would highly suggest Storage Guyz!

I walked in yesterday for an appointment with Lori to view one of the climate-controlled units. She was extremely helpful and gracious. Everything was explained and I had complete comfort with my decision. The facility is easy to reach, very clean and very well lit. There are large dollies available to make moving as quick as possible. I highly recommend this location.

I had done my research before hand and decided on Storage Guys and have had no reason to regret it. Facilities are clean and well organized. Safe and secure and the loading dock made things easy for my movers. Ultimately the best thing about this company is Laurie. She is on top of everything, helped me with some last minute switches and she was always prompt with her communication and her follow through. Storage Guyz is BY FAR the Best storage facility in the Niagara Region! Very large colorful building, well lit, and extremely clean. They also have the best rates in the region and all the units are inside and climate controlled. Easily accessible from the highway and the security gates make you feel much safer than your average facility. They even have dollies in the covered loading docks to make life easier. The cherry on top of this amazing company is the Property Manager Laurie!! Not only was she beyond helpful on the phone, but she also was a delight in person :) Very informative and you feel at ease knowing your unit will be left in good hands. I highly recommend Storage Guyz to everybody and a BIG THANK YOU to Laurie again for all her time and effort in reliving the stress of finding a safe and trustworthy storage facility!

Storage Guyz COMPLETELY amazed me... and that's saying a lot because... it's a storage facility! I mean... who gets amazed by that!?! Storage Guyz were completely professional, organized, secure, clean and honestly... COOL LOOKING! It felt like an episode of Storage Wars! The facility is really secure, with cameras, locked gates with a number pad entry and exit, and even the individual units themselves were sturdy, secure, and in fantastic condition! And the exterior garage doors as SUPER COOL! They just zoom right up and zoom right back down, all with a simple push of a button. That was one of our favourite parts! Inside, they had large complementary dolly carts that made moving items around the building from my trailer to my unit EXTREMEY easy. The facility was lined with top-end Abell rodent traps that gave me confidence that my valuables would be exactly as I left them upon my return. Each time I visited, the cleaners were there working to keep the place tip top. It was very nice to see! The staff was also VERY helpful and accommodating. They were available whenever I needed to talk to them, they made a few exceptions to their rules to accommodate my tricky moving schedule, and responded promptly and accurately each time I reached out. Finally, besides being a local hidden gem that was easy to get to, the price was FANTASTIC! I was like... Are you SURE that is the price?!? And sure enough... it was! Hands down, they were extremely competitively priced! I used the unit for only a couple of weeks while my house was being staged for listing and they didn't even charge me for a full month! I'm going to be moving out in July and I will once again be in need of storage (it makes more sense to move what I can and let the movers take the big furniture). Economically, it makes SO much more sense to put my things into storage for a bit, move the big stuff, then grab the stuff out of storage over the week that I move. When I run the numbers... it will save me thousands! The bottom line is... Storage Guyz is the BEST place to store your stuff. With multiple space sizes, multiple floors, and all of the reasons mentioned above, they have earned my business and everyone should give them a chance to impress you! I'm positive that they will. Every. Time.

Since the first phone call, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and modern, and I feel safe leaving my equipment behind their gates. I have access to my property because their hours are better than most. I've used other storage places before, but I wouldn't deviate from these Guyz. I definitely recommend using Storage Guyz.
