When opening the order, 1 side dish is therefore missing per plate and our bbq sauces are in fact brown sauces. We therefore call back (convinced that we paid for 3 accompaniments). An employee assures us that she will send this back to us but she forgets to ask me for the address again. I call them back and there, I come across the delivery man who is literally yelling at me telling me that he has checked our order and that there is no problem so that he does not see why he would come back but since it is he is already ready and is coming back. When arriving (with a line of 3.4 customers at the reception of the branch), the delivery man sends the bag on a table at the entrance of the branch and shouts (while I am talking to a customer) "next time I'm not going to come back for potatoes and bbq". He is leaving. Everyone is shocked. J'ai placé la commande via le site web mais deja il y avait un petit soucis. Les assiettes choisies étaient indiquées comme ayant trois choix d'accompagnement et on ne pouvait en sélectionner que 2. Directement après avoir placé la commande en ligne j'ai donc appelé le restaurant responsable pour m'assurer que les assiettes contenaient 3 accompagnements. Je suis tombée sur le gérant qui m'a dit que oui. Par la suite, le livreur arrive. J'ai reçu des consignes de donner 2$ de pourboire chaque fois que l'entreprise commandait. J'ai donc mis 2$, le livreur m'a réclamé plus de façon très exigeante, je ne lui en ai pas donné. (Peut-être aussi qu'il avait un souci avec ma couleur de peau vu qu'il m'a bien dévisagé en arrivant mais bon...). En ouvrant la commande, il manque donc 1 accompagnement par assiette et nos sauces bbq sont en fait des sauces brunes. On rappele donc (persuadés que nous avons payés pour 3 accompagnements). Une employée nous assure qu'elle va nous renvoyer ça mais elle oublie de me redemander l'adresse. Je les rappele et là, je tombe sur le livreur qui me crie littéralement dessus en me disant qu'il a vérifié notre commande et qu'il n'y a aucun problème donc qu'il ne voit pas pourquoi il reviendrait mais vu que c'est déjà prêt il revient. En arrivant (avec une file de 3,4 clients à l'accueil de la succursale), le livreur envoie le sachet sur une table à l'entrée de la succursale et crie (alors que je suis en train de parler à un client) "la prochaine fois je vais pas revenir pour des patates et du bbq". Il s'en va. Tout le monde est choqué. J'ai appelé le gérant, qui lui qui pourtant a été la première personne que j'ai contacté ne dément pas trop pour l'histoire de la commande et ajoute :"moi je ne me suis jamais servi du site web donc je ne sais pas à quoi il ressemble", il finit par me dire qu'il prendra des mesures disciplinaires pour le comportement du livreur seulement quand je lui annonce que tous les employés et les clients ont entendu. Alors franchement, PLUS JAMAIS. Si encore le gérant avait rattrapé le coup, d'accord mais là ???? bye bye
