Used this company 3 weeks ago for a partial move and storage. Great guys who were efficient and polite from the get go. Ollie and his other helper were fast and dealt with any issues that arise with moving furniture from a small apartment totally professionally. Eric in the office dealt with all my correspondence very speedily as this was a very last minute booking and managed to fit me in with the dates I needed . One small gripe is that their online pod size estimater is not accurate enough so needed two pods not one. Double up on your sizing if you use it, just to work out your budget if needing storage. Apart from that I would highly recommend this company to everyone. We have moved many times since being in Australia and this is one of the best !

Just recently moved and I don't think I could have been in better hands than using Smart Move and their Boomerang Boxes. The boxes I ordered came in two different sizes, easily put everything and anything from clothes to dishes and kitchen appliances in there knowing the boxes were strong and sturdy and stacked well on top of each other. I think had I used cardboard I would be in a lot of trouble and things may have been broken. Service was fantastic, great communication, delivered in short notice and picked up straight away once I needed them gone. The guys at Smart Move were fantastic, could not believe the heavy things they could lift and pace they worked at! Especially having to go through so many stairs from both buildings. We recently moved from a third floor apartment to a three story house on the north shore. The one word that springs instantly to mind is 'Stairs'! Ras, Timo and Donovan wasted no time in working out the logistics (oh and just to keep interesting, there was a pick up along the way from two storage units). To say we were impressed is an under statement. The guys worked tirelessly to ensure the move went as smoothly as possible and it did. It really took the stress out of the move for us and actually made it quite an enjoyable experience. All packing materials were delivered to the office along with instructions. Everything that was promised on was delivered and the move day ran extremely smoothly removing any undue stress associated with relocating. Extra bonus, they removed the old furniture we no longer needed (at a cost) and this meant we could close the door and walk away without needing to do this ourselves. Smart Move answered the phone and organised a next day removal and storage possibility for our goods. The guys who come were really kind, good working and even took time to make sure our goods were taken good care off when our removalist finally showed up. We used Smart Move for a move and have mixed reviews. The team that was sent was polite, friendly and considerate. The issue we were having is that the time it took the team to complete the move was about double of what was initially estimated. If the estimated time would have been more accurate to start with, we would have been able to budget for it and not have to deal with double the cost of what was expected. Overall the team did a good job with the move, however we wouldn't recommend or go with them again, based on the bad experience around expectation of cost and actual cost.

Right from the start, Smart Move's slick booking process gave me confidence that this was a very professional outfit. Having used SmartMove before for two or three BIG office/warehouse moves, we looked to them again for moving house after 25 years. With three kids, now in their twenties, still living with us, we had all sorts of stuff accumulated by the five of us over quarter of a century. The Smart Move guys were great - worked very quickly, sorted problems with fridges and furniture that wouldn't fit through doorways as well as some overly weighty garden items. They also efficiently moved 25 years of boxes of hoarded family memorabilia from the attic, with limited headroom and only dropdown ladder access. I'd recommend Smart Move to anyone considering a relocation of home, office or warehouse and thank Sam, Raf and the boys for a long hard slog on a hot summer's day.

We will never need to find another company to help us move house in the future, nor will any of our friends for that matter, because as far as I'm concerned, Smart Moves are the only people to do the job! We recently used Smart Move for a mega move. We found Smart Move to be efficient, reliable and very competitive. The boys were amazing and were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They worked extremely hard to ensure our move went smoothly. The move was not easy as there were stairs involved, but this did phase the boys. They were hardworking, obliging and very strong! We had some valuable antiques. The boys took great care to ensure that these items were not damaged. Smart Move is a professional organisation and we would not hesitate in recommending their services. We are not planning another move for some time, but if this changed we would use them again.

The guys from Smart Move are second to none. Moving is such a drama and they took so much stress away. They turned up on time, were clean, friendly and efficient.
