We were very satisfied with the professionalism of Greg and his team. The move couldn’t have been any better, our stuff were well taken care of. We had many fragile items like a piano, sauna and a cross trainer - Greg and team were experienced enough to handle them with much care. Upon arrival to our destination interstate, we weren’t able to cross borders just yet so Greg sent us photos of all our things after they unloaded. The stuff were left as per my instructions, in a neat and tidy manner. Greg was very responsive to all our inquiries and gave us a very reasonable quote. Don’t look anywhere else, doesn’t get any better than Marks Removals! Thank you to Greg & team!

Very disappointed with Marks Removals. The removalists dropped an antique bookcase and broke 2 glass panels, then left it at my old address because the truck was full. After being assured they’d go back and pick it up, they didn’t. I rang Greg who said he’d get back to me. A month later I still haven’t heard from him. 3 other pieces of furniture were scratched or damaged. Repairs to the bookcase have been at my expense. Will not be moving with these guys again, or recommending them.

I tried to use these guys few weeks ago. We agreed on one truck but they supplied two trucks on the day and tried to push me to pay for the second truck. I had to cancel my booking but they still didn't return my deposit. Beware and never pay deposit before you see them ...do you proper research, get referrals don't rush it...) I have not received any replies for my request to refund deposit, so maybe this post will help!

We can still not get over how smoothly it all went and that was largely due to the professionalism of your company. The correspondence prior to the move was always reassuring and helpful. You were on time for collection and delivery. Your staff could not have done more they were so kind to the kids (in fact all the kids in the apartment block) and just a joy to have around. On top of this they were fast!!! We were blown away at the speed and care they took. The same at delivery it was done with care and consideration. We would 100% recommend your company to anyone. Wow wow wow. These guys are truely amazing. So polite, efficient, easy to get along with and are awesome with handling our things. They made the job that I thought would be a massive job look easy. They had to go up and down 48 stairs and didn't complain once. I wish I got there names so I can personally thank them again. I have been referring these guys to other people. Found these guys in the local paper. Initial contact was very prompt and professional. On the day of moving, everything seemed to be going well until we heard a massive bang in the hallway. It was our treasured timber table. After a quick inspection I noticed a decent chunk of timber had been smashed into the wall. The removalists just played the entire situation down. Once everything had been moved into our new premises I decided to call the boss and inform him of what happened. He was quite courteous and arranged a time to come and check the damage. When he came he said our only option was he(the owner) to fix it. I at least wanted the option of a professional top do the job. He said it was not worth his while to go through his insurance as the excess wouldn't cover the job. It's good to see customers don't come first with these guys. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company
