I am a single mum with six kids and I have no one to help me move so I called elite removals. They came and packed then they showed up the next day to move me and they disassembled all my beds they were so friendly they were so professional and they move every thing without damaging anything. When we got to my new house they put everything in its place, and put my beds and furniture back together. I would definitely recommend elite removals. The next day the ladies from Elite Packaing came in and unpacked all my household items. It was the best, most stress free move I have ever had. Thank you to the team of Elite Removals. Wow, who knew that removalists could be so glam and professional! I cant recommend this team enough, and this is coming from a hard to impress perfectionist. The truck turned up and was so clean and pretty that it could have been a wedding events service. The boys were so incredibly patient, friendly and constructive that they actually contributed to diffusing what could have otherwise been a nightmare day (delayed settlement, difficult access, etc etc). We went for almost 10 hours, and still this team was calm and professional. A huge A+ from me. They deserve a medal after what we put them through! :) Thanks so much for everything boys. :)

I've used Elite Removals 3 times since 2008. Most recently again, today. To be honest, I can't recommend them highly enough. They are so reliable, hard-working and obliging. Also VERY reasonable in pricing.Their work and flexibility made the move stress free. If required, they will dismantle and assemble beds etc ..and go the extra mile with what ever. Their packing skills were also very very good.. made all my belongings fit into a small space. Their staff are super friendly and respectful...i enjoyed their company a lot. Sounds like a clique.. but I wouldn't use another group. Highest recommendation possible! ???????????????????????? 5 thumbs up!!

Booked and confirmed but they never showed up. We booked Sydney Elite Removals for a move before Christmas. They accepted our booking and confirmed the job via phone three days prior. Moving day arrived and they had not show up at the agreed time. We phoned - no answer. We left messages - no response. No one from Sydney Elite Removals had the courtesy to phone us back. They did managed to send our number to another company who squeezed us in at a much later time and at a higher rate but even then not even a phonecall to us! Moving with a 9 week old baby was already stressful but when the company that have promised you a service doesn't show up it's REALLY stressful. If you are looking for reliable removalists look elsewhere.

Interesting choice of response from owner when my level of gratitude doesn't really come into question when you're paying people for a service. Also I brought the team beverages as a kind gesture and I'd love to know how moving someone into a 1 bedroom apartment could take 8 hours? This unprofessional response targeting my character is just proof. hate having to do a poor review and I was going to leave it and not bother, the only reason I went with elite removalists was because of all the good reviews and I did not have a good experience. First of all I paid for 3 men as I have very heavy furniture. one of the gentleman stood in the back of the truck the whole time barely lifting a finger. He even had a friend out there having a catch up for about an hour ( it is my belief that the gentleman that did no work was in fact the owner) The other two guys that did all the work had never even worked for this company before. I know this because they told me and one e had a shirt on from a different company. Lucky my brother was there because he got in and helped the other two guys. The owner made a very inappropriate comment about my brother, my brother is a hard worker and has adult ADHD, Michael asked if he was on drugs because he was working so hard. This comment is very out of line saying someone is on drugs because actually knows how to work hard instead of standing around all day like he did. When the team arrived at my house to start moving it was a little after 9 am. When they finished moving everything it was a little after 12, 12:06 to be exact. Michael made me pay for 3 men for 4 hours even though only 2 men did the work and it was only 6 minutes into the next hour. After unpacking I went to plug my TV in.... I have two TV's they are both broken you can see where there has been a point of impact I'm assuming from the jockey strap being done to tight. I called Michael to discuss this he assured me that nothing like this has ever happened before but then said he could get the TV's picked up and taken to his 'TV guy'. .. But if this has never happened before why do you have a tv guy??? Michael also informed me that he doesn't have insurance and this is a risk I have taken. He did offer to get them picked up and looked at but I didn't bother because. 1 I knew he would just feed me lies and pass the buck saying it wasn't his fault. 2 I'm a single women living alone I did not feel safe having his people come to my house while I'm alone. I don't understand why removalists companys can't just be honest and do the right thing very very frustrating. I'm sure there will be some response to follow this but I just needed to warn people I don't understand how this company has so many good reviews.

We got left in the lurch by bills removals. Michael agreed to help and showed up within the hour. We have a baby and it was a bad siuation. Michael didnt have to say yes but did. They moved us to goulburn which caused them to no get to bed before 11pm.They seemed like great blokes. I even went in the moving truck so my wife could get keys from the real estate before they closed, Michael suggested it. Great service and very friendly. Awesome

It was such a last minute booking and it was managed so professionally. Baya was extremely communicative and alerted me to any information I needed the evening prior and on the day. He even called as a courtesy to check in and ask how his employees were going. The cost was more than reasonable for the high quality services provided. Excellent service. I must say that Michael knows what he is doing. A couple of removals came and refused to take our job because of our heavy glass dining table, but Michael did it without even asking any question. The best part of Michael is he never says no. He is the best, and I will use the Elite Removals again. The local removals quoted me $10-20 less than Elite, but the efficiency will save you a lot more hours and hours is money. I must say I have saved a lot and the way they care your home items is fabulous. One thing that is essential in the removals industry is power & efficiency, which both Michael got.

Michael from Elite removals did a great job for us. He was professional, courteous, pleasant to chat with, good sense of humour, always wore a smile and took great care with all our items. Communication beforehand and during the day was excellent, and i would definitely use Michael again. The only negative was Michael's regular moving partner was off sick so he had to draft in a rookie temp at the last minute, and he was absolutely useless, couldn't speak English, and even damaged some of my items. However, for Michael himself it was top service 5/5

I booked another removal company called my movers and I had the worst experience because they never turned up all day and we had to be out of our place by 12pm Easter Saturday so at 8pm on Good Friday I contacted ELITE REMOVALS and told them about my problem and even though Micheal from Elite Removals wasn’t working the Easter weekend he helped us out without charging us any extra fees so he confirmed that he would arrive at 8am and when he turned up at early we met one of the nicest guys ever Micheal was such a GENTLEMAN and a PROFESSIONAL and I would recommend MICHAEL and ELITE REMOVALS to anyone moving 10 out 10 THANK YOU very much for giving up your Easter Saturday and helping us out. Michael and his team really came through after a competitor completely screwed us over. Within a day of booking his team showed up an hour early and did the job like pros. You can see they take pride in their work and have a strong business model that other removalists lack: do not overbook on jobs, turn up on time and don't damage peoples belongings.
