It's incredibly hard to find removalists that actually care about what they do and did the job in a very professional manner. Called them over for a balcony lift job. They assessed the situation and decided to bring it up the stairs through the door and they succeeded. More importantly, I did not feel like they were bothered with the stairs as we didn't have a lift. I'm so glad that I found these guys for the job and will definitely call them again when we need to move again. Seriously can't recommend highly enough. Save your headache and troubles and choose these guys if you need to get the job done with a peace of mind

Incredibly happy with the service we received from Access removals. Packing materials were delivered beforehand for a small rental fee, then on move day the team disassembled furniture and reassembled it at the new place, were incredibly careful with moving fragile items, and individually wrapped items to bring them into the house to avoid them getting wet in a downpour. Friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Chris was extremely accommodating with my various date changes due to renovation delays and when it came time to moving his team arrived 15 minutes early, got stuck straight in. I was sceptical about the move from Sydney to Bowral, but after acquiring 4 quotes, ‘head muscle’ Chris gave us the most competitive quote and prompt service. He was always quick to respond and on time. The guys that moved on the day were good hard workers, and tarken in particular was friendly and good with the kids. The guys finished much faster than expected. In the end all went to plan and we were happy to pay, no questions. As a young family of four we can’t recommend Access high enough.

Hired them to move home approximately 500meters away. As we were unpacking noticed they had damaged 3 items. One being a $3000 entertainment unit which is 2.2meters long and aprox 80kgs. The second a 1.6meter professionally framed art print Which is badly grazed from not being wrapped and two puncture holes in the back of it and the third an outdoor pot which has a tall yakka in it and weighs aprox 40ks all of which we didn’t touch / help move. I got in contact with the owner directly Straight away and says it was our fault as the mover has over 20 years experience so couldn’t be him. and my partner carried a couple “small items” being cushions etc .and that “muddies” the waters . Absolute BS , wouldn’t recommend

I recently used Access Removals to move from the Eastern Suburbs to the Western Suburbs in Sydney. From my initial contact, I was impressed with how easy it was to book a removal. I was moving out of an apartment which had some access difficulties, but that did not pose a problem to the removalists. The service was seamless and professional. Having used other removalists in the past, I was surprised at how quickly Access were able to load and unload the truck. Compared to other removalists I have used in the past, Access charged a very reasonable fee and provided a far better service. I have already recommended Access to a workmate for her upcoming move, and will use them again for my next move.

I was quite apprehensive in hiring removalists for the first time. I am used to hiring a truck and getting my soccer team to help out, however, the pandemic meant this was not possible. Chris was helpful on the phone - he changed our moving date with no hassle at all. Access were absolutely amazing. They arrived half an hour early and got to work. They were friendly, super efficient and did not stop for four hours. They had originally quoted 6 hours (which I kind of expected) but their efficiency and care meant it was done much much quicker. The three gents who came were really friendly and chatted the whole time. They couldn't fit the fridge through the door and spent time to take the doors off and making sure that it was put back together and was running properly before they left. I couldn't be happier with this experience - in the absence of my soccer team, I bought them a case of beer after to say thanks. Thanks!

I used access because some friends had recommended them and I would definitely do the same. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly and did not stop. They used two smaller trucks because of the access to my house and saved me money by starting with one truck and two guys until the 2nd truck and 3rd person was available. Even after filling the first truck, the two guys didn’t wait around for the 2nd truck but just kept working to bring things out of the house to be ready. I was really impressed especially after hearing so many horror stories of movers. It ended up costing me less than I expected. Thanks again guys and I will be using you again if I ever have to move again!!

Incredibly unprofessional and poor experience. Requested 2 staff to help moving for a few hours (I'm aware that this is a small job) and they never showed up citing excuses by the owner blaming me for changing times multiple times which never occurred followed by a message that if I "take further steps we will probably see you at the CTTT, where, in all likelyhood, you will get, at best, exactly what I have offered you". Just disappointing.
