I have nothing but good things to say about Harris Movers. We did a long distance move from Windsor to Sudbury. We were already in Sudbury, but Harris' quotes were better than any of the reputable Windsor companies. The staff were always very friendly, professional and flexible. They were also honest to a fault. The move itself was absolutely flawless. The movers were prompt, professional and friendly picking up items from family members in Windsor and were very patient in dealing with a hiccup at a Windsor Uhaul storage facility. Everything fragile was wrapped securely and with care. Upon delivery, they notified my wife that they'd be arriving at 1:00. They were there at 1:00 on the nose. They were respectful, professional and SUPER friendly! They made sure that things were done right and were a lot of fun to shoot the breeze with. They also simply didn't stop moving items. No breaks, no dawdling, just doing their job and doing it bloody well. Best part was that the final price was LESS than the quote. I kid you not. I'd recommend them to anyone. If they can impress my father, they can impress anyone. Trust me on this one. They've been around for 75 years in a difficult business for a reason!

The packing and unpacking took 2 hrs. Longer because the team leader says let's lengthen this out boys.I have Tupperware and towels and faceclothes missing. Dishes,smalltables are broken.foo d is spoiled because the team leader says not to put it in the freeze for transport. My belongings were called junk. Instead of using the dollies they carried in 2 small boxes of glasses.there was no light in the truck making unloading slow and dangerous. The owner didn't want to hear any of this and told me to get out of his office . In the spirit of x-mas I tipped the 3 of them ,only the younger ones really deserved it. He worked the hardest, he also followed orders.

These movers did a great job keeping our furniture clean and undamaged and not damaging our home. Some of the pieces were large and difficult and they successfully brought them in with no issues. HOWEVER, one of the movers used our bathroom without asking and I got a nasty surprise when I went in there afterward as he went all over the toilet. As this is my second move in the last couple of years I was shocked with the bill as it was over double the cost of other movers in town, nearly 1000 dollars to move 6 large pieces of furniture from house to house 20 minutes apart. They also charge you from the time they leave their location from the time they get back there which from my previous experience is not standard practice, especially considering they arrived 15 minutes late.

Horrible experience. They could not even move the furniture where we wanted it because it was “too heavy”. They did not come beforehand to tell us this and still charged us full price. The movers who showed up were very inappropriate. Do not hire them!!!!

A crew from Harris Movers helped us move my parents out of their home and into an apartment this past week. The crew were on time, efficient and friendly. They worked non stop until the move was complete and contended with an elevator being down without complaint. All my parents belongings arrived undamaged.
