This is my second experience. Both were very good. This is so much better then trying to find movers or moving truck. My first experience was for over 6 months to organize an estate. This last one was fora few months to accommodate closing sale of a property.

I tried to call another company initially but they did not respond so I tried Cubeit. I had a contract delivered to my email within 10 mins, the young lady was fantastic, she made sure I received the email and then she walked me through it on the phone pointing out all the relevant pieces. I received a reminder text the day before delivery and the morning of saying that the unit was on its way. Everything has been easy and professional. Thank you

The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that I wasn’t given a shorter window for drop off and pick ups. ESP delivering the full cube. I feel a company of your size should be able to beak it into a 4 hr period. The explanation given to me on the phone was a very poor excuse. They may have to squeeze someone else in”. So is that saying a new customer is more important than an existing one. You can still give a better time fram

Excellent customer service. Was served in my language of choice (French). The unit was in bad shape but was not leaking. The high demand for containers this summer made it difficult for the local franchisee. Would recommend them.

This is the first time I rented a storage unit and would definitely recommend and/or go with Cubeit Portable Storage again. I do have a suggestion as I could smell cigarette smoke in the unit when we opened it. I was concerned as I have allergies, but my furniture etc was good when we unloaded the unit. Please consider airing out the unit after renting it out. Thank you...

Ordered cubeit through Costco. Unit was secure and delivered as specifically requested. Kept my stored items dry, secure and accessible anytime I needed, for less than a comparable u-store locker, and much more convenient. I would highly recommend.
