Vos gars sont arrivés à 13h10 et le temps de s'installer, reculer le camion, regarder les lieux, etc... Ils n'ont pas commencés avant 13h25. Et ils ont terminés à 16h35. Le temps de préparer leur facture et tout, il était 16h45. On m'a chargé 4h de travail ! Je suis un homme compréhensif et capable de faire la part des choses mais avec des pauses aux heures (minimum) pour fumer des cigarettes, je trouve ça TRÈS exagéré, surtout que vous chargez 30 minutes avant, 30 minutes après plus le gaz ! Me semble que les pertes de temps sur mon dos, sont déjà payées. Ensuite de ça, ils ont chialés tout le long: il y a bien dont beaucoup de boîtes, on en a long à marcher (règlement d'immeuble, il fallait passer par en arrière), c'est dont bien mal fait ça, etc... En plus de sacré comme des Chartiers. Dans le contrat ça disait que les boîtes garde robes étaient comprises mais on m'a dit que j'aurais dû le spécifier au départ, qu'il est trop tard vu que les boîtes sont trop loins dans le camion !!! Comment aurais-je dû le savoir? C'est vous les experts, pas moi.q Surtout qu'ils ont faits le tour de l'appart au début. Ils m'ont dits qu'ils mettraient le contenu de mes garde-robe dans un drap. Ce qui n'a pas été fait, ils sont partis en laissant mes gardes robes bien pleins. J'ai dû, moi-même, m'en occuper. De tout mettre dans ma voiture et de décharger ma voiture aussi, car même si c'était leur oublis, ils ne m'ont pas aidé à rentrer le matériel dans mon nouvel appartement. Ensuite, on m'avait dit qu'on mettait des tapis sur le sol et des protections partout aux 2 appartements. Ce qui n'a pas été fait. Mes cadres de portes et murs peuvent en témoigner. Et je leurs au gentiment demandé de ne rien accotter sur les murs d'une chambre fraîchement peinte, ce qui a m'a permis de recevoir des sacres en plein visage, super agréable. Et tout ce service pourrit n'était rien par rapport au fait que je me suis rendu compte que j'ai été lesté de quelques appareils électroniques. Toutes mes boîtes étaient fermées avec du ruban adhésif mais plusieurs avaient une ouverture sur le dessus, en plein milieu, vu la configuration des boîtes, qui étaient des boîtes de papier essuie tout. Alors quand j'ai trouvé une boîte ouverte, le ruban adhésif arraché et une petite boîte de Google home par terre, juste à côté, j'ai trouvé ça étrange. Davantage quand j'ai vu que la dite boîte était vide alors qu'on a prit la peine de tout remettre les appareils dans leurs boîtes d'origines que nous avions gardé. Mais encore plus grande fût ma stupéfaction quand j'ai décidé d'aller voir une autre boîte, dans une autre pièce, qui était elle aussi scellée au départ et qui ne l'était plus avec la petite boîte vide de mon Google Chrome cast !!!!! J'ai aussitôt appelé Sonia pour lui faire part de la situation, elle me dit de la rappeler le lendemain vu qu'elle est au feu de la StJean. Ce que je comprends, elle a droit à ses temps libres, malgré ma colère et mon écoeurement et de me sentir salie et violé dans mon intimité. Je rappelle donc Sonia le lendemain, dimanche et elle me dit que le propriétaire va me rappeler. Ce qui ne semble pas être une priorité pour lui, car je n'ai pas de retour d'appel. Sachez que je suis compréhensif et me plaint très rarement d'un mauvais service, je préfère ne pas faire de bruit et de ne simplement plus faites affaire avec la compagnie. Après leur avoir expliqué la situation dans laquelle nous nous trouvions, ils ont fait des pieds et des mains pour tenter de nous dépanner bien que toutes leurs équipes étaient déjà occupées. Environ 45 minutes plus tard, ils nous ont contacté pour nous dire qu'ils allaient procéder à notre déménagement le lendemain matin à 9h00 AM à l'aide d'une remorque de 20 pieds. Le déménagement s'est déroulé à merveille et le personnel était courtois, respectueux et d'une grande efficacité. Ils ont également pris soin de mettre des couvertures sur tous les meubles et n'ont rien abîmer à l'intérieur de la maison.
