We ordered pick up. The guy on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was ready quickly. The pizza was great!!! A nice change from what we usually get and I think we will be getting pizza hut a lot more often now. It's not greasy. The crust was awesome - light and airy but definitely held its own. Toppings were all great quality. Breadsticks were tasty!! Great meal!

Im in here at least ONCE a week and every time walk in and order my pizza is GREAT just like a Pizza Hut pizza should be. The service is 100% great I'm always so nice to the two guys in there and they are always so nice to me we call each other " Buddy, Brother or Friend " like were friends which is the great friendly atmosphere in referring to. I always order my pizza with extra sauce and a tiny bit well done and EVERYTIME it comes out to me PERFECT. What else can I say SUPER FRIENDLY and GREAT FOOD. 5000% better the Little Caesars. I will continue to eat here as this is way better then the old location/owners.

Though I do enjoy the food, it irritates me that the drivers never read the delivery instructions. Every single time I've ordered I have to put in the delivery instructions my correct address because the website won't accept my address unless it's done in the Canada Post style. This always causes my unit number to show up as the street address and causes the delivery drivers to get lost. Every. Single. Time. Even though I put the correct address in the delivery notes. Tonight, my order came in crushed packaging because they tried to fit too much into the delivery bag. Not a big deal, none of the food was damaged. But then I opened my pizza to find that they cut it incorrectly. Your medium pizzas are supposed to be 8 slices, not 6. The other medium on my order was 8. My wings were swimming in grease when they arrived. You could even see the coagulated garlic parmesan sauce floating in the grease. And on top of it, no matter what card I use on their website, the no-contact payment option never works.

New guys and location THANKS!! Was a pleasant surprise. Last location forgot what a traditional Pizza Hut pizza was like. We had the $5 $5 $5 promo and the crust was perfect lots of cheese and toppings right to the edge.

I've ordered their boneless wings several times on Wednesdays for their $.79/wing deal and they're always crispy and they don't skimp out on sauce. They're all very friendly, but I've interacted with Jenny several times and she's always quick and incredibly friendly. Definitely awesome food and customer service, especially on her part! Would definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help and even went so far as to show me how to save money on the order I was placing. Rather than let me spend the extra few dollars. It is franchise pizza. So not really much to say foodwise other than it tasted fresh and they were generous with their toppings. Food was cooked right and worth the price.

the food was ok, but i called in my order it took 6 times for them to get my phone number. I was going to get it delivered but after 3 times trying to get they to understand my address i gave up. so i went to pick it up and they took me there was no order for me. I said i called it in and finally they find it under the wrong name they had maria it was suppose be matt. I was suppose to get 14 boneless wings and only got 8 it was suppose to be part of the special game night meal.

The BEST most YUMMY pizza in town. Now that Little Caesars is doing there super thin cheap ”Covid” crust we call it, I stopped eating there now me and my bro go see Dev, Maulik and crew at the Pizza Hut where I'm greeted super nice and almost on a name by name basis. Pizza is GREAT always the way I order. I'm here once a week minimum it's so GOOD. What else can I say. WAY BETTER THEN LITTLE CAESARS AND DOMINOS COMBINED. THANKS GUYS

Wasnt sure if I would go back to Pizza Hut after numerous bad experiences at the old Simcoe Pizza Hut. Placed my order online, when I showed up at the restaurant I fully expected to wait for the food. The food was ready before the expected pickup time. The service was very friendly and the pizzas were great. Definitely will return to this location.

Staff was very friendly, ordered extra pepperoni and did not get it. Called and the staff member said that there was supposed to be 18-20 pieces of pepperoni per pizza normally and I asked the staff member how many go on with extra and he replided back saying 24 Besides the point I Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas from here tonight My spouse and I got very sick from the pizza Do not recommend ordering from here, ever! Got ripped off both on the service and the toilet
