Just used these guys yesterday to move 3 bedroom house in grimsby. Three guys showed up, they got everything moved in about 4 or 5 hours (inside grimsby). All three acted professionally as i would have expected from much older movers. Everything was wrapped and moved carefully. No evidence of any damage to an either house whatsoever, despite larger furniture being moved in right spaces. Super impressed. If we end up moving again in the future we’ll call these guys for sure.

Do not use this moving company, I had the most horrible experience with them. Firstly, the two guys came to move my stuff didnt get along didn't one guy is pretty good the other guy just did not care, did not wrap properly, yet they charge you for $35. Secondly, they charge you for extra an hour for they guys to go home, I mean I did not know about this beforehand. Thirdly, those two guys got into fist fight with each other in front of my place, rediculous!! then one guy took off for like 10 minutes and came back to move the rest of the stuff, I mean thank god they finished the job, but definitely dont want to experience it again or have you to go through what I went through, its a total rip off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, good luck for your move and god bless us.

We used Number One Movers in Grimsby today for a move and we had Tyler, Malcolm and Eric helping us move. They were absolutely wonderful! They put in a full 10.5 hour day for us and worked their butts off in extreme heat with nothing but smiles on their faces all day. Our new home has lots of glass walls and a glass railing staircase in it and they took the extra precautions needed to ensure that nothing was damaged in either house. I would not hesitate to use this company again, or to recommend these 3 young men for any job that entails hard work. Thanks very much!!

Moved to the Toronto area from Grimsby back in October, there were multiple moving companies around the area to choose from, but my partner and I were more than happy with the quality service Grimsby Number 1 Movers provided to us! Both Tyrone and Aaron were great during the moving process, and were cautious with all our belongings. Would give these guys 6/5 stars if I could!

This company lied from the start and said I didn’t pay a deposit fee when I clearly did.So they threatened if I didn’t give them another 150.00 they would not hold my moving date. So I paid 300.00 just for a date. Then the changed my estimate overnight after everything was set to go they raised it 1,000.00 before even starting the move. No explanation. No notice. I had had it by this time and asked for my deposit back. They would not answer the phone or any of my emails. I was sending emails to the owner to no avail, only to find out he was just a character that does not exist. Made up by the person that runs the business. He is a foreigner and does not know how to send an ETransfer. But he knows how to yell at woman and berate them. My bank got the money back that they took and I hope you never get this company to move you. They can Not be trusted.

Great service at a reasonable price. They broke one of our bins but was very apologetic about it. Just a heads up if you have anything valuable/ breakable make sure you move it yourself.
