Chris, the new owner was very accommodating and was willing to work with us regarding our move out date as we needed some flexibility with the date. Never had any problem accessing the storage. Mini Storage 101 is one of the best storages I've rented. Place is easy access due to small area with not a lot of units . Place is well maintained and the staff is accommodating. Best thing is the PRICE which I would say very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
