My wife and I bought a Master Spa from Premium Wholesale in Kitchener that was delivered by Fired Up. We were at work so my elderly parents were at our place for the installation. They handled the delivery with professionalism and courtesy, with no question going unanswered. Mu parents minds were put to rest and they raved about the friendly demeanor of Fired Ups crew. A hot tub is a major purchase and Fired Up is the company to see it safely delivered.

Great job! These guys were amazing. My front gate wasn't wide enough to fit my tub, so they offloaded it from the truck and pushed/pulled it on a pump truck around 150 metres to my back gate. They were very professional and careful not to damage the tub getting through a tight squeeze. Would highly recommend them for your move/delivery.

Fired Up Hot Tub Movers did a fantastic job delivering our new swim spa to our backyard. It was an awkward access for them but they worked as a team to safely get the spa onto the pad. Our kids loved to watch had a great time seeing the trailer get backed in between the houses! Kudos to the team for the quick, professional delivery!

We had to remove a very old hot tub in a tight space in the back yard. The power connection was also removed.The crew of four worked carefully and quickly to avoid a few obstacles in the way and through a tight gate. They took the time to do it right. Great job. Highly recommend.

These guys are the real deal. I thought it would be impossible to remove our old tub and bring in the new one through our gate but somehow they did it. They avoided the gas line perfectly, didn't damage the bushes, were friendly, cleaned up afterwards, amazing. I was convinced we were going to have to rent a huge crane but they saved the day. Blown away. Would highly recommended them. Jeff, the delivery crew leader, was great with his communication and professionalism.

What an amazing group of guys that came by to help us out today. Having never moved a hot tub before, I am afraid I might have undersold how easy the job may have been. The crew came by and moved the tub from a tricky spot with what looked like ease. Incredibly professional, no complaining(despite what I think was an unintentional undersell of the difficulty on my end) and got the work done. As soon as (I believe his name was Cody) showed up I knew we were in the right hands as he had the strength to basically pick up the entire hot tub on his own (.. still a bit in shock at that). All I can say about these guys is use them. Top level professionalism, the job could not have been done any better, and overall just a great group of guys. Rare to find service this good these days.

Got my hot tub today and the guys were amazing. It was a real tricky situation that didn’t look like it would be possible to make it work but these guys did it! They had to call in another team which they didn’t hesitate to do and in no time at all the hot tub was in and they went the extra mile helping set it up and ran me through it they answered every question I had and we’re incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Scott moved a large jacuzzi tub 100km in southern ontario for us. Very professional and well organized. Asked all all the right questions during the consultation including photos of pickup and drop off locations. 4 guys flipped the tub on its side and used a specialty dolly to transport to trailer. Arrived on time and moved without any issues. Took apart the lid for transport and re-installed at new location. Staff even provided tips to connect, fill, and, operate the tub. Competitive price. Would use again 100%.

Wow! These guys are amazing! We have been waiting months for Beachcomber to manufacture our hot tub (due to covid delays) and we have been counting down the days. When these fellas arrived they noticed that our pergola would make it almost impossible to get into our backyard. After a few minutes of brainstorming and problem solving they were able to safely get it exactly where we wanted it. Can't say enough amazing things! Very professional and kept us calm even when we thought it was a lost cause. Hopefully we don't have to get another hot tub moved for a LONG time, but if I did, I would use Fired Up Hot Tub Movers!

Fascinating to watch the team move our hot tub out of a tiny space. We didn’t want to have a crane lift the tub over our house, so they had an even more challenging task. It took about a half an hour with 7 people. They were very respectful of our property, including our garden bed! Highly recommended!
