I can't say enough! Bradford Moving was recommended by several people in my Mom’s new place, and I am sure glad they did. Everything was 110% .Office staff (Lucy and Louise) very clear, and super helpful, booking went smoothly, follow-up was great. Moved my mom from 200 km away which was hard for her, but they treated her with great care and respect. They actually treated her like she was their Mom. I asked for a truck to move 850 sq. feet, and they came with a 30 ' truck and a trailer, right on time. The trailer was "just in case". 3 men worked none stop to carefully wrap dressers, pack pictures and electronics and were back on the road in about 2 hours. I was able to arrange that they drop off some items at my house, and pick a few up, before storing the truck for the night. They arrive to my mom's new condo right to the minute, and had everything unloaded and furniture set up in 2 hours. No damage to contents, and the condo manager gave my deposit back immediately. Payment was easy. Will def. use them again.

They moved my parents this morning about 160km in distance. They arrived on time, were very professional, they worked efficiently and were polite and helpful. They were charged the agreed apon price...which sounds like a no brainer but after reading all the reviews of different companies when I was finding them a mover in the first place..it seems it is. Nothing was broken and..I forget what else my parents asked me to say, but they were happy with them and if you end up using them for your move then you might be happy as well.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!! They actually moved me twice and in between all my stuff was stored in there storage unit where it was suppose to be in a secure unit ? I have so much of my stuff missing or stolen. Which i cant afford to replace. Never again!!!!

I booked directly with the owner and then the next day one of the family members called to cancel me saying 4 guys and 2 trucks is not enough and that I have to book 2 days or a 5th person which would cost more. The had already quoted 4k for one day and I had agreed in good faith. I called back the next day and spoke with the owner who gave me different excuses as to why one of her staff called to cancel me... which made no sense if she is the owner ???????? turns out Joe Crupi is one of the owners he is the son as it is a family business and he pretended to be Joe from dispatch wow! And then his mother Lucy also pretended it was not her son and apparently I was rude because I told him he was her son. Extremely disappointed the way the entire thing was handled and the owner had the gull to say I was rude to her staff when all the while when he called me he had instant attitude.... and when i asked for the owner to call me he went on to say no one will call me.....

Punctual, professional group that take care of your belongings to the best of their ability and where necessary, try to go above and beyond to accommodate (like when that couch doesn't seem to want to go down the stairs to the basement but they carefully exhaust every option possible and finally find a solution to make it work!). Used them when I moved from Newmarket to Aurora, recommended by my realtor and for good reason. When I spoke to a representative on the phone she advised me the date I was asking for wasn't available, but with a little bit of moving around I was able to secure another date. Well worth the recommendation, they were quick, efficient and most importantly took very good care of our possessions. When it comes to moving leave it to the professionals at Bradford Moving. Our best move ever. The crew was very friendly, helpful, and worked very hard. They got us packed and loaded in just 8 hours, which was amazing as they filled two large trucks. They unloaded and were gone in about 5 hours, but took the time to rearrange furniture they had already placed, as we changed our minds at to what we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with them, not simply because they did a great job, but also because they were so cheerful while doing a very strenuous task. We used Bradford Moving and Storage recently for an inter-city move (2 hours distance) of a five-bedroom house' worth of furniture. Two trucks and a pup trailer needed due to the driveway, in a rural area. We could not have been happier with the five men that moved us. Absolutely the best. They cost a bit more than the big movers, but I was happy to pay the extra in this case. This is an independent family business. The moving team was very fast and careful. Nothing broken or missing so far. We challenged them by moving out on a weekend and moving in a couple of days later. No problem! And they did it just before the virus shut down. We can highly recommend Bradford Moving.

I was moving from 77 km north of Toronto. I was a bit nervous about the distance and all the stuff (lots) that I had to move. However, Bradford Moving and Storage sent a 30 ft truck and three movers - Martin, George and Spencer. The guys were great. They moved a four bedroom home on one of the hottest days of the summer in less than seven hours - that included breaks, lunch and travelling time. I have moved 5+ times, and have had bad interactions with other moving companies, even the big name ones, however, Bradford Moving and Storage did a great job. Arrived on time, did a walk through with me, to allow me to show any specials items, then wen to work loading trucks. We had our move over 2 days, and on the second day, they arrived at the new house, and on loaded and all boxes and furniture are in the proper place. They did a fix priced and had no additional fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hired them to move me to my new house. They took my deposit then refused to move me on the day I had booked. They decided that they would give their team a day off. Even though I had booked my move long before this. They refused to return my deposit. The woman I spoke with seemed to be doing everything possible to be as unhelpful as possible. I had to spend a lot of extra money and moved myself with just help from my brother. We packed up and moved the whole house ourselves because the movers didn't show. Plus there was no apology or accountability for their screw up. I was just supposed to go away and not bother them with my need to move on my closing date. The day they had agreed to move me.

What a fantastic and professional company to deal with! We shopped around for a while trying to find the right moving company to entrust our things with. There are so many other moving companies that were cheaper but after reading their reviews and checking them out, is was clear why they were cheaper. Bradford was not the most expensive either. Great value and a piece of mind after they showed up in their signed truck with smiling uniformed staff. We checked them out and they have a great standing with the BBB and are members of their industry association (not using the association name as they may not publish this review). We would not consider using a moving company that was not BBB or CMA certified. Their friendly and courteous team were a pleasure to work with. We definitely made the right choice by hiring Bradford Moving to move us and would use them again. Right from Luisa who answered all our questions over the phone and walked us through the whole moving experience with what to expect, to the the great moving team of Steve, Jordan and Doug, thanks guys for taking care of our things.
