Il nous a chargé des frais inexplicables et non conclues initialement. FAITES ATTENTION ce propriétaire est mal attentionné et arnaqueur. J'aurais aimé pouvoir lire les commentaires avant et espère pouvoirapouvoir les gens qui voudront trouver des déménageurs compétents!

René-levesque dans Sherbrooke!! Incompréhensible. Aussi, le chauffeur ne se rend pas à la bonne adresse. Bris du terre-plein de la ville sur 10 mètres ainsi que de l'aménagement du terrain privé de la nouvelle adresse. Ensuite, à mi-chemin du débarquement de nos effets personnels, ils préparent la facture et ils arrêtent leur déménagement pour nous faire payer. Plusieurs frais cachés de plus de 200$ sur une facture de 750$. Nous menacent de partir avec tout nos électros si nous ne payons pas sur le champs la totalité de la facture. Le patron n'est aucunement réceptif et borné sur toute la ligne. PLUS JAMAIS JE NE VAIS FAIRE AFFAIRE AVEC EUX.

We took the trouble to tell him that we wanted a realistic assessment. The morning of the move they phoned us to tell us they would be late by 2am. Nous avions une équipe de 3 hommes et après la moitié du temps évalué nous n'étions toujours pas prêts à partir pour notre nouvelle maison et les hommes étaient fatigués. Les apparences étaient que ce déménagement finirait tard dans la soirée. De plus, le camion était trop petit pour tout emmener nos effets personnels. Nous avons voulu négocier avec le patron pour décharger le camion le lendemain matin (nous payons les heures mais les hommes étaient fatigués). Le patron n'a pas voulu écouter ce que nous disions (de facon calme pourtant), il nous coupait la parole et nous accusait de l'avoir mal accueilli et qu'il faisait noir quand il a évalué ( s'il était arrivé à l'heure il aurait fait clair....) Il a même mentionné qu'il y avait plus de stock que lorsqu'il était venu....Nous n'avons pas fait pleins d'achats avant notre déménagement.... Il a fait venir une nouvelle équipe de 3 hommes pour une heure pour finir le chargement (Qu'il nous a fait payer). Nous avons donc dû aider les déménageurs à décharger pour ne pas que les coûts augmentent trop par rapport à l'évaluation. Nous restons avec un gout amer de cette expérience. Nous avons l'impression que l'évaluation a été fait seulement pour nous attirer alors que nous demandions une réaliste. Notez que le matin du déménagement, les déménageurs nous ont dit qu'ils ont déménagé un appartement et ils étaient beaucoup plus que 3 hommes et le déménagement s'est fait très rapidement. Encore une fois, l'évaluation a mal été faite. Au final, ça nous a coûté 300$ de plus mais nous avons dû les aider pas mal. Une JOURNÉE D'ENFER. On a dû louer une remorque 5x10 par la suite pour terminer le déménagement.
