Avec l'employée au comptoir qui roule les yeux en nous disant qu'on trouvera pas d'autre camion le 1er juillet nulle part si on cancel notre "réservation", guess what, budget Trois-Rivières nous en a trouvé un en 5 minutes. Awful place to deal with - no guarantees that your reservation will be available as promised and a total lack of caring from staff. We reserved a trailer online and were informed that our reservation was guaranteed. They called us 24 hours before pickup to notify us that they wouldn't have a trailer for us (despite the aforementioned guarantee) and that if we had a problem with it, we could call the Uhaul Head Office. If you're looking for a place where the word 'guarantee' has no meaning and staff simply shrug their shoulders when you complain, you've found it!

I attempted to return my trailer to 2967 ON-11 North Bay Sunday as this was the closest uhaul to my destination. I spoke to 3 different representatives on the phone in an attempt to deposit the trailer to the hwy 11 location. I was informed I couldn't do that and if I did, I would be charged for the transfer to the location uhaul selected. I was told I had to return the trailer to 581 Lakeshore dr. in North Bay (also noted by uhaul reps as House of Blu). Turns out, this location doesn't exist! On top of that, House of Blu is another location all together on Pinewood Park Dr, and it too is NOT a uHaul location! Two more phone calls and an hour and a half later, I finally spoke with a "Matt" who was sympathetic and changed the location to 770 Lakeshore. What a joke! Fail!

Something about a U-Haul truck, I thought I was flying along and realized I was only hitting 50mph. My main irritation with rentals, why not rent the vehicle out with a full tank instead a notch above half and expecting me to bring it back like that. You need a fuel pouring engineer to hit the fuel level right for return usually resulting in you blowing an extra $10-20 in gas.

When you go there you should make sure to deal with the taller fellow. The short guy seems to have an attitude problem and it has no issues whatsoever in trying to provoke you. I had reserved a trailer and went in and was patiently waiting while I watched him argue with the gentleman in front of me. When it was my turn he decided that he was going to take his frustrations out on me. He then demanded to take a photo of my driver's license. There was no offer of texting me a link, or asking me to scan my license in for them. He simply demanded to take a photo of my license with his cell phone. I had said no, and he literally started to ignore me and deal with the people behind me. Luckily there was a second fellow, a taller fellow who was quite polite and quite helpful explained why they needed my driver's license photo. He was happy to text me the link so I could do the photo myself, and the customer service improved quite a bit. The little guy continued to interrupt and try to boss the other fellow around and tell me what to do, I just simply ignored him at that point. when we went to look at the trailer that we were picking up, the little guy came down. He did no walk around of the trailer, no inspection, nothing. I did my own trailer inspection and he argued with me about paperwork, the photo, threatened to call a friend of his on the police force.. this guy has a very serious attitude problem. I at one point actually told him don't threaten me with legal action I haven't done anything wrong and there's no reason for you to be acting like this. At which point he called me a snowflake and laughed at me and walked away. I would avoid this location if possible, maybe go to the Powassan location.

Was meant to pick up my rented uhaul at 10am. Was informed that they did not have a vehicle for me and did not know when one would become available. After several calls to uhaul and visits I was able to get a rental at 5PM. Not a pleasant experience to go through in the middle of a move. Would never recommend uhaul again.
