Great Movers. They completed a move from a 3 storey town in Brampton to a detached in Mississauga They Moved all the furniture and other belongings including heavy items such at toolboxes and snowblower. Paul was very nice to deal with to arrange the move, The move was done on time and the 3 movers were very organized, pleasant and quick. Everything was nicely wrapped and padded.

This company is the worst. I used them to move this past weekend and they totally bungled it. First the move ended up taking two 8 hour days because the first day the movers said they were tired. They took their precious time, taking breaks almost every 10 mins. To make matter worse, they did not wrap my furniture and ended up damaging some of my furniture, the walls and the floor of the new place I moved into. Even when I asked them about runners for the floor, they didn't have any. What kind of movers don't prep the place or furniture before moving? I used movers about a year ago too and it cost my half the price this guys charged. They included ridiculous charges on the invoice even though I had clarified multiple times with them there would be no other charges. DO NOT USE THEM EVER! STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I just had a hell of a move this weekend on Sunday November 28, 2021 with this company. They were suppose to be there by 4pm and showed up at 5:30pm., and started packing at 6pm. The movers had come from another move job and were tired which made my move double the time. Get to my new residence and was asked to pay $467.00 more than the actual price in order for them to start to unpack the truck with my stuff, at this time it was close to 10pm. So I had no choice but to pay the extra money if I wanted my stuff. Paul who I dealt with was soooo rude once we got to the new place. He lied and was rude. His movers finally finished unpacking my belongs at 12:15am, and that was constantly telling them to move quickly, and every time I would tell them to move quickly they would mock me. All my stands were either damaged or broken, not careful with my stuff. I would never ever use this company or recommend this moving company to anyone. I would not even rate a 1 star I would rate them -10 star. Lastly Paul is very nice at the beginning but towards the end when he asks for more money he is rude.

I contacted Sunday Movers fairly last minute to move belongings from my six bedroom home to a storage unit. They made this process smooth and effortless for me. They were knowledgeable about the amount of space and labour needed to make the move, were on time and made the extra effort to ensure all of my things were going to fit in the storage unit I had arranged (if not for their efforts I likely would have had to arrange an additional storage unit). They also ensured that they only charged me for the 9.5 hours that it took to make the move and not the 10 hours I was originally quoted for. I appreciated their professionalism and their willingness to be upfront, candid and reasonable about the costs. I will definitely be using them again for my next move. Highly recommend!

The guys for my move were really nice and caring with my things. They were really delicate and fast all the time. The only thing is that they forgot to bring us the mattresses covers, however, everything was really good. The Sunday Movers team were very easy to work with. No hidden costs or fees. Extremely responsive and on the ball. My move date was absolutely organized through Paul, the Sales Manager, who went over the details with me in advance. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently to pack, load and unload my items. Furniture and other items were handled with much care and the team was very cognizant of time. Francis and Muhammad (my movers) were courteous and very professional. Would definitely use them again if I have to and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I didn't see the reviews on yelp and Better business Bereau before I hired them. They quoted me 350 for the furniture I had to be moved from my 1 bedroom condo. They sent 2 guys at 8am when I told Paul I didn't have the elevator booked until 1pm. They came back and I quickly realized these 2 guys were incompetent. One guy was yelling at the younger guy because he wasn't able to lift anything. I told Paul I had big heavy peices of furniture and I was moving them into a house. The 2 guys they sent thought they were moving them into another condo. Clearly Paul did not communicate clearly with his employees. They said they couldn't take my ikea bed apart because they didn't have a manual to put it back together and it was easier for them to move it in one peice. They took 7 hours and still couldn't get the furniture up the stairs qt the house. They ended up leaving the furniture in the garage and told me they would come back in the morning. They never came back, have been ignoring my phone calls all day. Paul finally called me an hour ago. Said if I pay him 250 more he will come tmrw to bring my furniture upstairs. What a joke. Don't waste your money or your time!!!

They showed up unprepared, and were very unprofessional. I had booked a 26 ft truck with 3 movers . They originally sent a sixteen foot and were magnanimous in telling me they were sending another truck free of charge. They also kept insisting they needed a fourth man at an additional cost of $60 per hour. Movers were not good and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Thank goodness my adult son was there to help. They needed it. We have found so much damage to our furniture over the past week.. So disappointed.. do not use them!!

The two guys were courteous and friendly. They were genuine in their wanting to be helpful with moving my things. They spoke up with the storage company to let them know that any delays caused by the storage company (wanting us to wait while they sanitized and cleaned the storage locker) would cost me more money because it would impact my time with the movers.
