The owner Sam is "QYK" to take your money and not provide a receipt. When I contacted Sam for a quote a few weeks ago I received a flat rate of $750 +HST. He knew we were closing on a house and buying a new one Oct 31st so there may be a waiting gap in between when we get the keys, then charged us for 1.5 hours "waiting time". The "waiting time" charge was never outlined in any previous conversations or email and when I asked him about it on the phone he said "I can't mention every detail to you miss, you should know we need to pay our guys for that. We can't wait around and not get paid we are running a business". This is odd since he knew this ahead of time, and provided a FLAT RATE. So, $750 +HST plus $80 extra for "extra stuff not listed" for moving a 2 BEDROOM HOUSE - which by the way the 2 of us helped load half the truck in the rain to make things go faster... (Which they didn't mind our help of course but still charged us.) Then it was $120 extra on top of that for stuff and time but when I told him we helped load and they literally moved things from our old house front room to the new house front room and we moved it all from there, he said never mind go back to $80..... So now I'm confused what will I be paying? Well, Sam says on his ad before you book "Single trip of fully equipped 18/26ft truck based on availability on the dates." then shows up with a small truck so they do 2 loads are charge you more. (See photo) The 2nd load was packed in a rush and poorly which then they refused to take our BBQ patio set as it "wouldn't fit" and told me they would not be able to come back. I call Sam and he tells me they will come back for more money. They charge $160 more to come back and get it!!! The guys were rude, drove over our lawn a couple times trying to back into the driveway properly, and on the last load used our neighbors driveway at around 9:30 pm without even asking me to move my vehicle so they could pull in (see photo). Surely they were upset they had to come back and do their job and then charge even more money. So in total I paid a $100 deposit and $1000 by e-transfer which who knows if it included tax since I am yet to receive a receipt. Spoke to Sam on the phone few days later to follow up on my receipt I didn't get and question the damages done to my furniture that he never responded to, and he really doesn't care. Best advise is go to another company and pay for movers by the hour at least you're less likely to get screwed. We had an awful experience moving into our home.

His brother Danny is equally a wonderful person. He and Nick moved our household effects and that of my daughters and did it systematically. They were work really fast, very polite and courteous. Very nice people to deal with. They took excellent care in wrapping and moving our furnitures from our house to the storage facility, then move again to our new house in a few months as they provided end-to-end service (from our house to storage and then to our new house). The move went well. I had forgotten a few items and did pay extra for them.. I had a few damaged pieces of furniture, a drawer from a cabinet was broken and the top of a dresser was scratched quite badly. Sam and his associate was great. They arrived on time and were very quick with the move. They even helped take some stuff to the garbage. There were a few hiccups during the move on (our fault) but the guys remained patient and professional. The quote was the same that they charged us and provided us with a receipt. Sam is such a gem that he assumes he knows the value of a cabinet that was damaged by his movers (that he has never seen). He's also such a gem that he yells at a customer who simply asks him for an invoice. Sam is also such a gem that he can't properly communicate. I would not recommend these lazy movers. We did not have over 100 boxes. I guess Sam cant count. I MYSELF MOVED THE MAJORITY OF THE BOXES BECAUSE THE MOVERS WERE SO DAMN SLOW. The movers also did not know how to pack a truck properly which resulted in an extra UNNEEDED TRIP SO THEY COULD CHARGE US MORE MONEY. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

A very bad experience... Long story short he told us there will be 2 guys working to move our furnitures from toronto to montreal there was only one and we had pretty heavy furnitures so guess what he refuses to unpack he asked us to talk to his boss Sam ask him to bring up a second hand and he told us to ask his boss to pay him upfront or he s not gonna work coz he doesnt trust his boss ... This was a total mess they were arguing and swearing over the phone for an hour and the guy told us that if we were white people he would destroy our furnitures just to teach a lesson to Sam (his boss) he also told us that Sam is a Scam and he doesnt even have a company and finally our furnitures were damaged and they hided damages with stickers and other tricks ... There is a lot more details to this story but just a friendly advise keep far away from this company !!!

These guys were very punctual, professional courteous and efficient. I liked that they gave a flat rate for my move. Although it was not the lowest estimate, just their responsiveness and sincerity in talking on the phone gave me a good vibe and I don’t like to ignore my instincts. I was not disappointed. It was great not having to worry about an ever increasing bill and yet they did not cut corners which often happens with flat rates. I won’t hesitate to use them again. My only suggestion is to wear booties to protect carpets and war masks the whole time. (I know it’s hard when working so hard). A+ movers with nice personalities and no profanity.
