AT THIS TIME WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH OUR LAWYER AND MEDIA. WE LET THE MOVING COMPANY KNOW THUS. AT LAST WE HEARD FROM THEM. AGAIN LIES SAYING IT WAS ON ITS WAY. THREE DAYS LATER AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THE AUTHORITIES HAD BEEN CONTACTED, WE WERE GIVEN A TIME OF ARRIVAL. THE SAME MOVER TOLD US THAT THE OFFICE FRANTICALLY CALLED HIM AT MIDNIGHT THE THURSDAY EVENING AND SAID THEY HAD TO GET THIS SHIPMENT OUT RIGHT AWAY. SO BE VERY CAREFUL IF THINKING YOU WILL USE THIS COMPANY. NO MERCEDES-BENZ TRUCKS AS ADVERTISED. BUDGET RENTAL TRUCKS AND STORAGE RENTALS USED. TOTALLY MISLEAD IN THE COST AS WELL. PAID IN FULL REGARDLESS BEING CHARGED 4 X WHAT WE WERE QUOTED BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT OUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS HELD HOSTAGE. BUYER BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

TOTAL SCAM!!! First of all they showed up 4 hours late in a rented truck. They had quoted $1100.00 and when they got there price changed to $4700.00. We did not have much left to move. We had done most of olit already. The good reviews on here can't be real. The one kid that was there said this happens all the time. Be careful as if you have time constraints that got ya! I had 2 months so I requested they leave. They will try and keep your deposit so make sure you use Visa so they can fight it with any mover.

They will not ship your stuff until paid in full. They refused to give me a contract They screen calls so that don’t have to talk to their customers. Dont believe any of the 5 star reviews! This company is full of scammers. I have never dealt with any company that is as unprofessional and dishonest. To my my items 15 minutes away costed more than what I spent to move my stuff from Edmonton to Toronto. They came 6 hours later than the time I was told a few weeks before. Dispatch never called me to confirm any changes. Once the movers got there they told us it would be $3500 more than our initial quote, when I told them we didnt' want to use their services the price came down by $2500. After packing our items in the truck the movers held our items hostage until we sent more money to All over Canada Vanlines. So unprofessional, deceptive and overall the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. All in all do not use this company, look elsewhere!!

First of all they showed up two hours late and my building requires me to book the elevator at specific times. They refused to disassemble my bed frame even though it was in the contract when i tried to reason with them and give them all the tools they needed (one allen key one screwdriver) they told me to do it! So they left it and they did not put my dining room table together upon arrival even though that was also in the contract. The office lady called me for payment and I explained the situation and she told me she would talk to them after i paid. Evidently she did not. The whole time i felt like i was being robbed, they charged $1400 after quoting $560 *update* just plugged in my tv and the screen is cracked and a big black stripe runs down one side

Hello, for those folks who are looking for movers... if I can only give 0 stars, I would please!!! please stay away from this company!!! I will give you a horror story.. this company was hired to move an elderly couple from Windsor to London! Mover confirmed via email and a deposit was given weeks before the move. On the date of the move, this company not only did not show up, did NOT even call anyone! The "reception" informed us that they are having trouble with their truck and asked to move the next day with a so called "discount". They were informed that the elderly couple had to vacate on that scheduled day as their tenancy is done on that arranged move date. This company would not even return phone calls to even communicate with us! Horrible service! They were not helpful and aside from this would not return calls or email to return back the deposit we gave! I will be calling around to report this scam and they are scamming my parents! An elderly couple. I will do my due diligence to make sure that not only my parents get their money back to make sure that this not happen to anyone else. All over Canada van lines, do the right thing and fix this. You have my info. Thank you.

Hands down the most honest, reliable, careful movers around. All Over Canada Vanlines is quick to respond, checks in and follows up to make sure the process is seamless throughout. I had to change the arrival time SIGNIFICANTLY the night before, and it was no problem. The movers were polite, wrapped and moved everything carefully as if it were their own, and quickly did it. We tried to feed them, and they barely stopped to eat! So refreshing to have a company do what they say they will...and just as they said, simple billing with NO HIDDEN FEES!

These guys worked so hard that even when I bought pizza for everyone, they kept on working. Hopefully, they grabbed a couple of pieces to eat on the drive to the new home! Though hiring a mover is never inexpensive, it was worth every penny, especially given our tight time frame.
