I have been using this storage facility since September or October of 2018 and I have never had an issue. I have came with the payment late a time or two and they work with you well to keep you happy. as for safety of your belongings I have never had an issue and was able to come and go as I please to bring or retrieve my items. the units are clean and dry and I found the pricing to be great! highly recommend and will most deffinatly use their facility again if I ever need to

Even though Ruth was injured and alone, she was very very helpful and explained everything i needed to know about the unit my experiance with her was an experiance i wish a great deal of others would do, it makes life much better when your dealing with good people .. the unit was very clean and was very impressed with that and the idea of no rodents are able to get into the unit, Just wish that i could store a trailer there as well since now have to rent yet another storage unit for outside that can become a great deal of money all because we can't get into our camp at this time because of the snow we got this year .. Vaultra in Sault Ste Marie, ON was one of the best outdoor self storage locations we have rented from Ontario to BC for our business needs. We rented over the winter and gate access always worked, even in a blizzard. Darcy & his staff kept the facility regularly plowed with access to unit doors cleared. If there was a problem Darcy or his Saturday staff were quick to help. Also we always appreciated the clean washroom facilities and open during regular business hours. In my opinion the staff provide excellent customer service and take pride in keeping operations clean & customers happy. We will definitely rent again from this location.,

We used vaultra storage when we sold our house and had to find storage for a couple weeks as our closing date and move in date for our new place did not coincide.They were very accomodating and got us a storage unit.It was tough as they were mostly all full all over the sault.The service was excellent and the manager was excellent.We would recommend vaultra to anyone looking for storage.Unit was super clean and no leaks.No worries about our belongings.Excellent security as well.

The Sault Community Career Centre collects different household products for refugee families and had no where to keep all the goods. From the moment I arrived at Vaultra self storage I found the facility was clean and well kept. The space between rows of storage units gives lots of room, and the secure facility is an excellent place to store off season items, and at the same time, conveniently be able to quickly access all the needed items. This was a great way to end home clutter and be able to tidy home space in our garage. Ruth, the site manager does an excellent job of keeping the facility clean and in good repair. I would recommend Vaultra self storage for all my friends and everyone. :)
