A friend and I ordered a large stuffed crust Supreme Lovers which was the Thursday "pizza of the day" It was cold!!!!! Not alot of toppings, not much cheese and very little sauce. The cheese in the crust was hard. The whole thing was chewy. My dogs, however liked it, though they seemed to find it chewy. I wanted to fill out the survey that was e-mailed to me, but without entering the store number, I couldn't. I was not given a receipt therefore I had no store number. I was very disappointed with the whole thing Will not order from them again

The pizza was as expected, good if you like Pizza Hut. The wings were surprisingly good. The downside was ordering. Being a takeout only place, I was going to use the app to order, but the guy said it was the same price, so we ordered. Well, the app would have saved $7 since our pizza was the deal of the day. For that price difference, I could have had it delivered!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I placed my order online (3 pizzas) and the estimator said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes. Finally they asked for my name to check on my order and it hadn’t even been prepared! I was told 15 more minutes so I waited in my car and went back in once the 15 were up. Again it took 5 minutes to be greeted. He asked for my name and then didn’t give me any more information. After 10 minutes of waiting in the store, I asked how much longer it would be and he said another 15 minutes!!! At this point I was very frustrated because people who had ordered after me were being served BEFORE I WAS. I wasn’t offered any compensation for the long wait or even apologized to. I waited nearly 90 minutes for three pizzas that I was told would be ready in 15 minutes. To top it off, when I got home the toppings were all over the place and the pizzas were soggy. VERY unpleasant experience and wouldn’t recommended it.

Reckless and unsafe drivers on the road and in their parking lot. I phoned in with concerns after almost being hit in their parking lot by one of their delivery drivers while backing out of my parking space near the subway entrance, one of their drivers came speeding into the side parking lot entrance and then sped around me as I was already half way out of my space before he even made the turn into the parking lot and instead of breaking and letting me pull away he swerved around me cutting me off again and pulled in to a space and parked. I had phoned in my concerns shortly after the incident, but didn't feel like my concerns were taken very seriously at all, only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt...

Garbage manager! Tried to place an order online, but was unable because apparently single people aren't allowed to order food unless they're fat and can eat 2 pizzas. Called the store to have the issue fixed manager refused. When asked for someone higher up he said no one higher up. Asked for pizza hut number, refused to give it. Asked for his name and he hung up. Loser. Don't order from this garbage place.

For the most part the food is good, although I have had a pizza from here that was not cooked in the centre .The prices are high for the amount that you get. The staff is friendly and accommodating but still Not my favourite place for pizza. You Defiantly could get better pizza for cheaper

Was spoken clearly with the services provided there, foreign spoken individual but their English is appropriate and enough to understand that they can clearly speak English providing Pizza Hut's menu with excellent customer service ethics. Place was proper to follow covid-19 protocol restrictions were adhered correctly and I would go back again. Yes, I would and have a great day! Everyone else, enjoy your visit!

Last night i ordered two pizza and was totally raw. I called at store and they said manager will call in morning. No one cal till2 pm and then i step out and go to restaurant with pizza. I returned both pizza and the employee said i can give you credits but i refused to have credits as i don’t want to eat anymore from then and totally disappointed with their service and i asked for refund and they said they don’t have in store manager.?? No one else show-up except that employee and he said manager is in Toronto. I request to connect over call and he refused that i can’t. And he was rude and not able to accept his mistake at all. Even though i returned both pizza’s back. Totally disappointed .

Waited just shy of 90 minutes after the website said about 18 minutes. It's Canada Day, I get it, it's probably busy. The wait time wasn't the issue, the issue was the pizza was cold and burnt. Try to find the green peppers. Play on hard mode and locate the onions (you can't, there's sausage instead..) ...we tried eating some of it, it was hard to chew and we tossed the rest.

Ordered their flat bread pizzas. Honestly there was no flatbread. It was just their regular pizza dough shaped into a rectangle. Toppings were just thrown on in clumps. Some pieces had no toppings and the middle had them all. To top it off it was overcooked and hard to eat. It was not busy, I seemed to be interrupting their gab session. Next time I'll go next door and get a sub.

There’s a reason why Dominos is dominating them in the market. Pizza Hut has been going downhill for a long time now. Every location is a gamble when it comes to quality and this location missed the mark by a long shot. The pizza was undercooked and was lacking in taste. The wings were also off from what I’ve experienced at the few good locations that are left. I’d recommend going anywhere else but here in the area.

Pizza is not up to mark . I paid $30 for a medium pizza with about 7 toppings . And this is what I get , went back to the store but the guy can barely speak proper English . Poor customer service , should call this Mom n pop pizza , not Pizza Hut . Don’t bother wasting money just go to pizza pizza you’ll get a better pizza there.
