Driver threw my package at the door instead of trying to deliver it, then the next day outright refused to deliver a package to my house claiming "no access" because I called and complained...and btw, that bag of boxes were $300 worth of items from the Google Store

I recently received two packages from Canpar from different vendors. Both packages were broken in the exact same way and tape were removed and taped back on the boxes. It is impossible for two different vendors to seal their boxes the same way and it is also quite impossible that that both boxes were ripped the same way!!! I feel like that the way boxes were opened is to see what is inside. Canpar needs to pay extra attention on this.

We have had trouble with this company ever since they took over for UPS. The drivers don't bother to actually see if you're actually home most of the time and just leave the pickup card. Then when you go to pickup it takes days for the driver to drop it off at the location. Terrible customer service when you go to the office to ask what's going on. The manager cannot possibly be on a conference call all day, every day. They shouldn't even be in business if they are going to refuse to talk to their customers.

Just called got the most disrespectful service. Very rude way to treat a paying customer. Hung up on me in mid conversation. Definitely don't recommend this service , go with something reliable

Horrible delivery service. Constantly 1 day late (perfect for when you stay home for the SCHEDULED delivery date) and when they do "deliver", they don't even knock to see if you're home. They just stick the drop off letter to your door and then you have to go pick it up... waste of time and effort.

An order consisting of 2 boxes picked up from the shipper at the same time , and only one box arrived makes you wonder where my parcel went?? Canpar an sub par courier service!!

WOW my pkg was delivered over night...early this morning...I am very impressed!!!!!!! especially after having to contact CanPar last evening around 5 pm and spoke to Shanelle who was very professional all the way through our call. She looked into the issue and the pkg was picked up late in the day...and wow delivered to my door by 11 am this morning. I was actually shocked when the driver showed up. Awesome job!!!!!

Twice now I have had problems with this company. The first time after a week and 7 "attempts" later I told them to send it back to the sender. This time it was DELIVERED back to the facility. Not a company I would recommend sending anything with

The delivery driver left both large boxes containing expensive electronic equipment on my front porch, despite the delivery requiring a signature. The delivery driver did not check to see if I was home (I was). Great way to get your packages damaged or stolen. Thanks!
