From the get-go Britebox was very helpful in choosing right storage size for our needs plus providing bonus free month if paid up for 6 months. Office was very kind and accommodating when I unknowingly dropped my keys in building and realized it just after I closed balding door behind me. I called office and manager graciously gave me a key to get inside and didn't charge me as long as I returned key by next day. Always friendly service at office or over phone. Great company!

Convenient hours to get in and out are crucial to a guy with a busy day schedule and need to get to the unit only by night and weekends. Way more cost effective, looser contracts allow for more flexibility moving in and out, and much better gate access than other storage lockers I've seen while comparing with an app so you don't even have to get out of the car.

Service is absolutely excellent, storage units are very clean and secure. I was trying to open my storage unit at Circle Place one morning at -50 to no avail. Was walking out of the complex when I got a call from the manager asking if everything was ok I explained that I was just leaving to call for some help. He offered to meet me at the unit and removed the lock for me. Not sure where else you find this kind of service definitely above and beyond. Would 100% recommend Britebox for their service and security.

I used the Britebox Storage facility on Waneskewin Drive and was completely satisfied. I chose a climate controlled unit to store a valuable specialty car for me during the fall and winter seasons. My biggest concern was of a pest control system in place and Britebox Storage came through. Any time that I would check my unit out there was never any pest issues at all and no damages of any kind. I was completely satisfied and if I need storage again in the future I’ll definitely have my trust in Britebox Storage.

This is an excellent place to do business with as they are upfront and honest and their storage lockers are as advertised. Their rates are fair and they do not make you pay for things you do not need such as extra insurance. When I notified them I was finished with the storage locker they processed a refund for the unused days within hours. I highly recommend them.

I recently rented a storage locker for circle drive - I stopped by the office and before I even got in the door an employee outside acknowledged me, and let me know there was someone inside who could help me. Inside they answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Units are clean and well lit, and the app for gate access is super handy.

Two thumbs up for Brite box parking! Brite box is by far the best option for long term airport parking. It is significantly cheaper than the airport lot, the staff are friendly and helpful, and we have been able to book on very short notice (less than 24hr in advance). Getting your vehicle in and out of the secure lot is quick and easy and a personalized code means you can access the lot at anytime, not just during regular staffed hours. Brite box is the only lot we will use when we fly. Highly recommend!

I recently started to use britebox parking. It’s clean, easy to use, and a fenced parking lot close to the airport. I heard about it from people at work that travel through the Saskatoon airport and britebox didn’t dissapoint. The staff are friendly. I got a code that will let me go in and out of the parking lot multiple times. And it’s very close to the airport. The piece of mind I get having my vehicle parked securely is great, and I pay less than I would at the airport! Thank you Britebox!!!

My vehicle was being stored at Britebox Storage Co.in saskatoon while i was away out of country on vacation until my arrival in the evening. they claimed my vehicle would be safe and secure. Upon return to canada i caught cab from airport to storage facility. When i went to open driverside door to start up my vehicle i noticed. window was smashed on rear driver side and damage to interior and of exterior. theft of some things inside car. When i called manager he told me that someone had broke into my vehicle and they gave me police file . they looked at my vehicle but failed to at least cover my window and minimize the damage from elements and possible animals. They let it snow into my vehicle for 6days just shy of a week. And i wasnt notified. I had to find out upon arrival after a long international flight. I was told that a voice mail was left but they knew i was leaving my vehicle for airport parking so why didnt they email me like they did for my receipt and map. The negligence of not covering my window after being smashed out with glass everywhere or emailing me disappointed me. They also offer car detailing on website but they chose to leave my car window uncovered for almost a week and fill up with snow and possible animals coming into my opened vehicle to escape the harsh wind and cold of the cold snap. Britebox storage co.'s business is to provide piece of mind, worry free, safe, secure storage and detail vehicles but i experienced neither of the associated things. since promises on website and ads went unfulfilled, i want my car paid for detail fees since im not from Saskatoon so it is hassle to spend money to drive there to get detailed. my insurance deductible paid, plus paid for my time driving around Saskatoon trying to seal up my vehicle when whole point of renting a safe secure worry and hassle free storage was so i could make my 3hour drive down south to my job upon arrival after my trip. Instead i had to fix my window in minus 30 weather when my winter jacket and gloves and toque were stolen out of the back and drive around Saskatoon buying tape and finding cardboard in the freezing cold and trying yo fix window and clean glass out of front driverside of car.. So with that being said every promise on web site was unfulfilled and ive only heard reluctance to accept any Responsibility.

My experience renting from Britebox storage was great. The security system is secure I never had to worry. The unit I rented was a reasonable and affordable. I had more than enough room. I love using Britebox for airport parking. I work away for weeks at a time and found that they offered the best solution for long term airport parking. The signup process was simple. I called in and after had a code emailed to me. The staff at britebox are wonderful. The parking area is enclosed by fencing and a gate that only other britebox users can get access to. And its about half the price of airport parking. I would always recommend britebox for your parking needs!

This is the best self storage place in the city! Not only are their rates very reasonable, there are no hidden fees and they DO NOT charge extra useless fees like "administration fees" that mean nothing except free money to the company. They'll even refund your money if you don't need it for the whole month that you paid for. The staff are very very friendly and helpful, always. The units are clean and well taken care of. Download the app and you can get in the gate without getting out of the car.
