The movers we're so nice and so super awesome and careful with our stuff we will be using them for any and all future moves and I very highly recommend them! They were so nice with helping us lay out our furniture and take everything up and down the stairs. It took them a little longer to unload than I had hoped but it was a big move and it was a 30+ degrees day, so I fully understand. Use these movers. You will not be disappointed.

I’d booked my move for Monday, July 26th and was told I would be contacted when the movers were on their way, with an arrival window of 1-5pm. I called Erik around 3pm and was told he would check on the guys because they were still busy with the first move. An hour and a half later I heard back, the first move was still not completed so they’d have to push me to the next day. Erik mentioned I would be compensated, they would put a third crew member on to help with my move, and I’d hoped they would offer a discount as well. I was a bit put out to learn I wouldn’t be moving first thing the next morning, but in the afternoon again. Tuesday comes, I’m ready and waiting at 1pm. Once again I contacted Erik around 3pm, he told me he’d just gotten off the phone with Jace and that he would contacting me soon with an arrival time. Jace called just before 4:30pm to let me know they should be on their way shortly…the crew finally arrived around 7:15pm to begin my move. They were finished around midnight. I was their third move of the day. There were a few items left in my apartment, and I have yet to find my table and couch legs. I had hoped in hiring movers to alleviate a bit of stress, but in this case, it caused a lot more stress.

Erik and Kurtis were great! Friendly, fast, efficient, and careful. We had a few vintage pieces of furniture with great sentimental value, and these two took extra care, so not a scratch on them. Also, one might think that a company that charges by the hour might work slower on purpose. Not these guys! Much quicker than expected. And the bill was broken down by move, travel time, fuel, tax, and Erik explained it all. I don’t anticipate moving again, but if we do, we’ll certainly use this company again. I was most impressed TwoSmall Men With Big Hearts from very start to finish when I called to get information I was told everything that would happen from start to finish. Even the 2 days in advance. Confirmation then as promised the driver contacted me to let me know they were going to be there in 15 minutes. They came in to check what was going decided what to take in a specific order. They proceeded very efficiently and were done quickly with no bumps or bruises they took everything to new location and unloaded the same way without disturbing others in either of the senior buildings. The guys are totally professional and efficient very friendly and as an aside I received a call from the driver who said he found a handle from my dresser and brought it all the way back to me. I called this company to do a move for myself and my two kids because my husband got an unexpected work call. With only 5 days in advance and a specific day I needed to be moved, through a dispatcher I was able to confirm a booking at the exact time I needed! My credit card was charged everything went through and I received a confirmation email. Moving day, the truck I booked DID NOT SHOW UP. I try to call the number, it does not work. I have to call dispatch who tells me I do not have a truck until the following evening. At no point did anyone reach out to tell me this, neither by phone or email. Dispatch offered me another truck that evening (it would be too late.) They had one for me the following evening. I declined because neither options were workable for me. This was truly an awful experience for my family. It caused huge amounts of stress that we are still recovering from, not to mention the mess. The only thing I received was my $50 deposit back. I would not want this to happen to another family. This problem was caused by lack of communications and an error on their behalf. This could have easily been avoided.

I'm giving one star rating to company itself and not necessarily the Saskatoon branch. When I called the company to get a quote, i answered all their questions to the best of my knowledge. Their quote seemed reasonable to me and I placed the order. It was supposed to be a 3-4 hours work with three movers. On the moving day, I saw their truck and felt that it may not have enough capacity. I asked the crew if their truck is fine and they assured me that they can handle it. First of all, one of the movers couldn't continue working after about an hour. Then their truck didn't fit all of our stuff. They said that will charge me $129 per hour instead of $159 because of having only two movers (one person joined for unloading the stuff later) which was fair to me. At the end they charged me for 5 hours of moving (plus other costs) which ended up being the same as 4 hours with three movers! Additionally I had to go back and forth about 12 times to get the rest of our stuff back (see the attached picture) with my car. After more than a month email communication (and sometimes waiting three weeks to get a response from them) with their "After-Service Manager", all they said was "we're so sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with us". A fair and reasonable company that CARES about customer satisfaction would do its best to acquire its customers' satisfaction. I asked them to pay me back that one extra hour they charged me (about $150) and stick to their initial quote of 3-4 hours but with the reduced hourly rate. They not only refused to do that but also didn't care that I had to complete what they were supposed to accomplish. Basically, they said this is what it is, deal with it! I warn anyone who's going to work them. Don't trust their quote. If you're not happy with the work, don't pay them until they finish the job. They only think about their benefit and not the customer's experience.

They showed me how to take apart my lazyboy and successfully played jenga in my storage unit including miraculously standing the couch upright!! I wouldn't have thought to do that. Two great guys helped my girlfriend and I move after getting screwed by a rental truck company. Their last minute help could not be appreciated more. They arrived early and were extremely patient while delays occurred with the landlord and previous tenants. The 2 movers were awesome - maybe the 2 politest guys I have met. They worked hard and took care to make sure they handled the furniture with respect. I found the week before was terrible . I booked the movers and then that night at 2:10 am they sent me an e-mail and said if I didn't give a $50 deposit they would cancel my move. No mention of this on the phone. I called the next day and was told they needed this. I gave it to them then they did not send me a receipt. They told me they would call me later that week to discuss the move and do a COVID screening - this never happened. The dispatcher never called me. I called the day before the move and was told the dispatcher was to call - I never got a call. The 2 movers were great but the office staff were not

Mike and Robin were are movers - polite, helpful, sense of humour, and went above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible. Jace and Jay helped us move from a two bedroom apartment to a manufactured home and they did a great job. Punctual, personable, hardworking and careful. We haven't found any damage to our furniture! The only complaint we have is that even though the boys worked steady the move took considerably longer that quoted. The final invoice was an unpleasant surprise. I would recommend these guys but be aware that the quote may be too low so expect to pay more.

I was so happy with my experience using Two Small Men Saskatoon. The movers had great attitudes the whole day, they were smiling the whole time and they seemed like they were actually having fun working together. Every time they had to lift a really heavy piece they took the time to make a plan for once they'd lifted it (like deciding which way they'd pivot around a corner before they lifted the item up). Their communication skills with each other and with me were phenomenal. While moving my piano a doorknob got bent (it happens, I couldn't be mad about it, pianos are heavy). They showed me right away, told me to take photos and gave me the number to call to make a claim. The claims process was so easy and painless. Within two days I had the money to replace the doorknob and have it installed! I truly enjoyed working with this company from start to finish!

The two person team was professional, efficient, worked collaboratively with us, and we’re friendly. Items in the trailer we’re covered and wrapped appropriately and did not shift during transport. They moved our belongings and loaded our trailer in less time than we expected. Unfortunately, we had to pay a three hour minimum for 2 hours of loading.

Wont even equipt their employees with tools needed for jobs, even had us take a drill around that didn't work because the drill "made us look professional". The only complaint would be that the company charges a minimum 1 hour travel time(we only moved 4 blocks/5 minutes) and charged a 5% fuel surcharge (on total amount which obviously was not reflective of fuel used). There should be a mileage option if you want to offer best service to clients.

The best movers and move I’ve had so far. They were perfectly on time (which I thought was NEVER the case with movers lol) and introduced themselves right off the hop. They were extremely polite and professional the entire duration. I didn’t want to tucker myself out for the huge day of unpacking ahead of me, and I felt bad not helping them as I’ve usually had to... But they made me feel comfortable in that being *their* job, and I did not need to do anything extra. The move was insanely fast and efficient (I still can’t believe it), and they came prepared with everything they’d need to make it safe for my belongings and quick on top of it. They cared about the animals I had in the house— even when I lost sight of one. They actually took time out and were the ones who found her when I panicked. Can’t say enough good things. Move was booked for July 28, a few days later I was called and asked to have it moved to the 27 at the request of the company. The day before the move I was called to move the time of arrival from 9 to 8 am. This meant hurried arrangements for my 96 year old parents to be out of their room earlier. Then closer to 9 I was called and told they wouldn’t be there for another 20 minutes. They loading up went quickly, they did not wrap any furniture with plastic as was done with our move the month earlier. The unload should have been very quick as we had easy access and close proximity to my parents new suite. Boxes came in often one at a time when a dolly loading 3 at a time was used to load. This added time and money to our move. If this had been the first move there would not have been a second. The workers were polite but not the most efficient. My parents move from a 2 bedroom small apartment cost more than our move from a 2 story 1600 foot house with more furniture. Seemed like taking advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income.

So we are moving to a house that has narrow staircases, Robin and Vincent managed all the furnitures very carefully. They made sure the furnitures were all wrapped up and clean and they put foot runner everywhere so they didn’t dirty the floor and carpet. They are pretty fast in assembling our bed and futon. They neglected to bring straps with them to secure everything inside the truck when they first arrived at the house, and had to leave to get a set, this tidbit will come in to play later in our recount. After everything was eventually loaded into the truck, the inexperienced mover, who was driving the truck, was NOT cautious when going from sidewalk to the street, and took the change in levels entirely too quick and straight on, which caused the truck to bounce and damaged the furniture. The second half of the move only got worse. While unloading, they dropped furniture inside the townhouse damaging the floor, put gouges in the walls on both sets of stairs they went up, damaged the banister on the first flight of stairs, and damaged the half wall on the second set of stairs. But wait, there’s more. After dealing with the experienced mover, who actually tried to improve the situation by “stopping the clock” to contact the owner, and contacting the insurance provider afterwards, the company is asking for MORE MONEY! They are trying to claim more time for when the movers had to go and get the straps that they neglected to bring in the first place, and for the time when the movers said they “stopped the clock” when the experienced mover was calling the owner because of the damages they were causing. The company ALSO neglected to weigh the truck after everything had been loaded, which basically makes their insurance void because it’s based on weight.

The crew that moved us was professional and hard working. We moved our stuff to two locations while we build our new house. They brought two trucks and four workers, the workers worked well as a team and were efficient and organized. We’ll definitely get them to move us into our new house.

Brandon & his two guys were gorgeous, actually worked non stop during the 5- hr period. The move was from a 2- storey town house to a bungalow with more than 100 boxes, & furniture. Ended up paying 5 hours plus 1 hour travel for about $1,000. Someone said it was a bit pricy, but overall it's a good experience with the company from phone enquiries, customer services, follow up, & finally the move. I do recommend them to my friends. I highly recommend this moving company. They were very efficient at responding to my request and my quote was accurate (based on time, size of move, mileage, etc.). They touched base, as the date approached to confirm a start time. Rob and Robin showed up on time and did an amazing job wrapping and moving my furniture. They were very careful with the furniture, boxes, walls, and floors. They worked very hard through the rain and the staircases didn’t slow them down. Rob and Robin were very kind, warm, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
