really hard to get a parts person on the phone. their on road sales guy is excellent but a little support form the counter would go a long way in being able to secure more availability. some parts in stock but not a for sure

Being in for emergency repairs to the fuel system in -40 and lower weather is never fun, but the staff at Sterling made it more than bearable. The mechanics are in a good mood, Randy at the service desk has a customer service ethic to match anyone and Dan Tooth made my little boy's day with a Sterling toque and Volvo pin. Even though the repairs took longer than expected they are getting 5 stars anyway because of the general attitude of everyone I interacted with there. Attitude is everything!
