Siemens is not a company I would transport anything of value with. If you are not used to the way the shipping system works do not go here as they will take advantage of you and not give you the proper information to ensure your items are safe. I shipped a television that got damaged while in their possession. I made a clam and followed all the right steps and they would not help cover any portion of the TV, they didn't offer a refund for the shipping, they were fairly short and seemed annoyed when they were clearly the ones at fault. I explained my situation having been newly laid off and $1000 television getting broken right before Christmas was a sad tale. They did not care. Find another company to ship with make sure they are educated and let you know all your options before you put your items in their hands.
