Mulligans!

Used this company to move about a year and a half ago. Very friendly and came highly recommended. Their origianal estimate of the weight of our belongings was low by almost 30%. How could a moving company with almost 40 years of experiance make such a huge error on an average move like ours.We hired them based on their original estimate however, our final bill was based on the final weight of the truck after everything was loaded. We couldn't unload the truck and go with another mover. We were obliged to pay the extra 30%. After we unpacked everything, we discovered we were missing a few things so we contacted the company. They didn't seem very concerned and offered no compensation. It seemed once their bill was paid in full they cut all ties. Would not use this company again in the future.

Having McKee moving was the worst customer service I have ever had! I spoke to mike on numerous occasions trying to nail down a date. He was not polite on the phone any of the times I talked to him. On moving day, he tried to tell me that I had requested the move be the week after even though we talked several times. The whole time he was there loading stuff he just barked at me the whole time. At one point he said, you know we are supposed to be going to Ontario today, we don’t usually do short haul moves. He basically told me that we were an inconvenience. Why did they even say they’d do it if they don’t do short haul moves?! The actual move was good as it was fast and nothing was damaged. Mike got a little more polite when we arrived at the new place as a coworker joined him. I guess he wanted to look good. When I left the house to follow him to the new place I broke down crying because I have never been treated so poorly by any company ever! I didn’t even have him take everything because I just wanted him out! I would never recommend this company to anyone but if you do, don’t ever deal with Mike. Rude horrible man

We were originally from Saskatchewan, but were living out in London Ontario for a year. We needed to move to Lethbridge, Alberta recently so gave McKee Moving a call based on a family recommendation. They were awesome from start to finish. Mike was awesome to talk to and coordinate with. Mike, Tim, and Ty were all great from pick up to drop off and very professional. Felt very comfortable with them packing and moving our stuff. Got all of our stuff in a timely manner and exactly when we wanted it based on our arrival. If we have to move in the future, we will for sure be using them. I would also recommend them to anyone that was needing an upcoming moving.
