I didn't even use them, but anybody that drives under the speed limit in the left lane on the freeway can't employ anyone that's very smart. I followed a cube van today doing the same thing during rush hour. One day companies like this will realize you don't do things like this because it just impedes traffic throughout our whole city

Watch out on the road they will cut you off and almost run your family off the road without a care and you call it in and they just say that oh that could have been anybody..... Dangerous driving in the city with that big of a truck is a disaster waiting to happen.

I worked here for about 2 years, Great people to work with and Management was very understanding when personal issues came up. I've had the pleasure to work for the Siemens family businesses at different levels and was always impressed with the professionalism this group of companies has. Recently there was a review apparently through my Google profile, this review was incorrect and false. I have nothing but good things to say, as always about Siemens Transportation Group. I thank them for my time there and enjoyed being involved in company events, especially at Christmas time. Thanks

My contact "Kim" at Customer Service is a helpful and professional support for our shipping needs. So many costly problems can occur when customer service assumes the shipper and the consignee understand all the nuances involved in shipping pallets of goods across the country. Shipped with KTL and they destroyed several thousands of dollars of product after being specifically told the value, that they were not to use a fork lift and despite "Fragile" stickers all over the products. No additional insurance was offered and so they compensated me a mere $600 for the damage. They claim it's industry standards, but my client and I suffered significant financial loss because of Kindersley's negligence and their refusal to do what's right. Be careful with this company if you are moving expensive goods.

Dangerous drivers that don’t pay attention. Was on a circle drive off ramp going to turn onto the street. I stopped for a car as I did not have right of way and was rammed into by a driver. My trunk is ruined and so are my plans for camping this weekend. Driver admitted fault and admitted he was not paying attention to the road in front of him.

I have freight coming from Calgary AB , to Carlyle Sk, an its been shipped on January 13 an still nothing. It made it to regina January 18 an still on it all the tracking says is out for delivery. I use to get my freight in 3 days maybe 4 if it was the weekend . Nobody will answer where it is.

Worst Decision of my life and I have been married twice. This Company does not have a clue how to operate or the value of Customer Service. Sent an item through Freightera and chose Kindersley Transport - what a nightmare. They picked up a 1300 lb Commercial Washing Machine on July 19/19 to be delivered to Ontario. I made an inquiry on August 1/19 to see why the 1300 lb Commercial Washing Machine had not been delivered yet. I was informed that Kindersley Transport had lost the 1300 lb Commercial Washing Machine. How in the World do you "LOSE" a 1300 lb Commercial Washing Machine? Now today, August 2/19 I have been informed that they found the 1300 lb Commercial Washing Machine - it is still in Saskatoon. WTF - what did I pay for? a storage unit? If you are in the shipping business then act like it. Do what you have been paid to do. Totally unacceptable - worst experience ever - do not Recommend using Kindersley Transport ever. Does not even warrant 1 star but could not just choose the tip of 1 star in order to post. Back away slowly and RUN!!!!

I had booked a triaxle load with them a month in advance and the day before my scheduled unload Darrell tells me that they have no truck for me. I was in contact with them for the whole week leading up to this and he said nothing! They intentionally left it till i didn't have time to find another company to move my product. And also not enough time for the place i sell my product to fill their now vacant unload slot. What a waste of time. I will never use this transport conpany or any sister company again. Extremey dissatisfied

They take forever to answer the phone for a pickup, on multiple occasions they have forgotten to pickup a delivery and I have had to call in the next day for them to come again, I would choose another shipping company over Kindersley any day. On the plus side...when they do decide to answer the phone the people on the other end of the line are nice.
