Horrible experience ! As I moved to our new house I was instructed by Costco that Jays Will deliver and install our new washer and dryer which we ordered through Costco online . Two guys came they installed but broke a vent while installing the dryer and they did not even have the required tools to do the job . They were asking me the tools , i started video taping as soon as he broke my vent , when the person came to know that I am recording he said not to record and then told me to sign electronically and then left the place immediately without telling me anything about the functions of the appliances . They did not even give the cardboard box which was with the washer and dryer and left my place. When I tried to do the laundry the water was leaking through the faucet . When I contacted their office they say that once if you sign for an item after it’s been delivered then they don’t do any service regarding any problem with that item . But the person who asked me to sign did not even tell me about that he simply asked me to sign and I signed without knowing . Such a horrible service ! I would never recommend them to anybody hereafter in my life time . Just a reply to the company’s response below as I don’t know how to reply them . Of course you wouldn’t have my name because it was delivered to my husband’s name . And I don’t want to talk to you again because I rectified the problem by paying to another repair guy , and when I contacted you , you people didn’t even bother of your business and your clients and now just for the sake of reviews your are replying back .

We had Jays move our belongings recently. They started right on time and moved quickly through our whole house. I found them very cautious with our furniture and wrapped our bedding with care. The young men were friendly and happy and just made a stressful move much more pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you Jays!

Contracted Jay's to ship 25+ boxes of personal items across country and gave firm window of delivery date -- which they promised would hold. When that window arrived, was informed that the delivery would not be there until 5 days later -- when I would not be able to receive it. Not impressed with their customer service or ability to follow up after you've signed the contract. Surely you should be able to track a shipment with greater accuracy and reliability! Keep looking for a shipper with better reviews.

One of the worst experiences in trucking, was this stop. Commenting and swearing up on a new driver is very easy but not everyone is a born perfect driver, it comes with experience. Learn to have some patience.

I have been working with Jays as my delivery freight drivers for the last year with my company since we switched. And just this year alone, ive had nothing but issues. Whether im missing deliveries, damaged product, missing cartons on the day of delivery or even paperwork thats missing Very unreliable, and i have criterias, and sales to meet as im the product manager for my company. I hope my company switches to a company who can at least be reliable. Very poor quality for a company that has a 4.5 star rating

For one pallet i waited 3hours and still waiting , within that 3hrs i talked with 3 different people to unload the single pallet dozens of people working here but none of them seems working. Better to not come here again. They have no respect for drivers time.

Avoid at all costs! People working here have no customer related experience whatsoever, the place looks like trash with mud covering all of your shoes as soon as you walk on the premises mud pit in all respects( inside is beyond filthy worker protection services take notice)! Worker attitude fully resembles the premises and probably is related as a result!! This company looks like its from a third world nation or below and does not deserve even the cheapest freight!!! If i could give - ???? i would without any hesitation!!

Horrible customer service. By other people’s comments, I see this is a continued occurrence for this company. The customer service representatives have a very poor attitude on the phone, and are very unhelpful. Leave the item on the curb and fend for yourself to get inside, super helpful! Disappointed that this company is still even up and running, if they choose to operate like this. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I've been to several different training schools as I've upgraded my license and Jay is by far the best teacher I've ever had. Was extremely patient and and made sure I 100% knew what I was doing before I had to take my test. I was I would've did my initial training here years ago. High recommend

We placed an order for a large outdoor item which came from the USA and ended up at Jay’s for local Delivery. Our item was promptly delivered the day after it was received at their warehouse (not counting a holiday closure), and I was extremely pleased by their friendliness, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in this transaction. It would be a pleasure to work with Jay’s again in the future!

I own a business and have been dealing with Jays for the past 3 years. I’ve had numerous terrible experiences with Jays such as bad drivers that ruined my parking lot, damaged products, damaged property, and unfriendly staffs. When I contact Jay’s head office, they refuse to talk to me because I am not a beer company or SLGA. They recently delivered my order to a wrong location and I am still waiting. They refuse to answer my phone calls or give any update on my shipment. For the biggest delivery company in Saskatchewan, Jays has terrible customer service.

I used Jays for moving out of my condo, for storage for a few months, and then to move into my new home in August. The entire process was so easy. Amanda from Jays came out to my condo and told me exactly how many boxes that I would need. She was so helpful with every inquiry I had along the way. Both sets of movers I encountered were professional and courteous. They did everything from taking furniture apart, wrapping fragile items, and putting everything back together in my new home! I’ve experienced moving without the help of a company and I can tell you that the service provided by Jays is 100% worth it. Hopefully we are in our home for the long haul but if we ever need moving services again Jays will be our first phone call.

This company is not reliable for getting freight to you at any kind of consistent time. They are so late today that it is almost 5 oclock and we still DO NOT HAVE OUR FREIGHT! Working hard at finding a different option for our daily deliveries!
