Had an incident in Edmonton with one of their drivers cutting me off on September 3, 2021. Driver cut me off and I had to slam on my breaks nearly causing the person behind me to hit me. I pulled up to the truck and shrug my shoulders and the driver proceeded to lip me off and give me the finger. I called the number on the side of the truck and talked to the owner I believe, and he was completely understanding and empathetic with my concerns. I assured me that they value the safely of their trucks and the public and that this would be looked into. On September 24th I called back and spoke with the same individual to follow up as to what was done. The driver was let go. I was not expecting this response as there is very little accountability these days for employees that mess up. The drive was asked to apologies to me and would not and therefore was let go. Hat's off to F&S. This is a company worth doing business with!
