Outstanding customer experience!!! I rented a truck with no issue, no delay, etc. After unloading my first haul for moving the truck wouldnt start. I called the office and they sent out a mechanic within 20 mins. It wasnt something that could be fixed and wasnt my fault. Within 5 minutes of the mechanics diagnosis, they had a 2nd truck ready for me. The other truck was towed away within a few hours. Very fast and efficient work by all involved. Thank you!

Good prices for large storage . Way cheaper for the size then most around town. When renting a truck be aware of the latest money making scheme the gas tanks used to come to you full and expected returned full easily done now its half and expected returned halfway which good guessing. Trust me they come out the winner on that trick....everytime. plus you get to look like an idiot 5 bucks at a time.

This is the cleanest place I have ever been in. The bathrooms are spotless. I mean cleaner than any restrooms I have been in not just storage ones. I swear you can eat off the floor! and the lockers are pristine. I wouldn't use any other facility to store my valuables. The staff are remarkable and so helpful and courteous. I just saw some reviews from someone who apparently had a hidden camera. I find that deplorable that people would fall for such garbage. Posting negative reviews when clearly there is a lot more to the story. I have used them 4 times and would never go anywhere else. Lori and Les are a great team and a pleasure to deal with. I hope a few questionable reviews will not deter anyone from using this facility. Your possessions will never be safer and the staff are remarkable.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

My 7' x 12' trailer was Stolen! Went to use my trailer on September 24th 2020 and trailer was gone. The gentlemen in the office said the lock "went missing 2 weeks prior" and they made it look like it was locked for the few weeks it took to get a custom lock made again. My trailer had a ball lock on it. When I requested to see security footage they have 1 camera for the outdoor yard with a large RV that takes up the full screen of their surveillance which doesn't help anybody who stores there. I was told their I.T. team were working around the clock to look for suspects only to be told the process was complete 3 weeks later with no suspects or clues. The manager Lori told me there was nothing she could do as I didn't pay for U-Hauls insurance. I received 2 months credit. Lori also tried to escalate the situation and tried to tell me an individual is the one who stole the trailer as he replied to my stolen post on social media (as he pays for outdoor storage as well) and informed me the lock was gone for 1 month. Lori said that's a lie and it was gone for 1 day only. The 2 employees I talked to in the office on September 24th said it took a few weeks to get the lock made before the gate was secure. I don't like being lied to nor would I ever give them business ever again. Very unprofessional and they didn't want the burden of an investigation to help a client. 1 Star Rating

Excellent customer service. The establishment is consistently kept clean and well organized. Management keeps on top of uprising issues.Examples I have witnessed include If something is broken ... It gets fixed ASAP everytime. Also excellent public relation skills regarding dealing with people experiencing those precious moments we all would prefer to have stuffed.

I was looking for sturdy cardboard boxes and after calling around, one Lady at as I recall at Home Hardware told me they would need to order them and a count of 25 boxes would need to purchased, but she told me about U Haul who sells them as singles out of their store. So after calling the Cofederation Street location and speaking with a very helpful young man, Chris. So in I dashed and there on their floor was all the various sizes. I just picked the size I needed ( 5 units ) and he made up the receipt and I paid and he even helped carry them out. Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience from both Home Hardware and U Haul. If you need boxes, rather than run all over wasting gas to find them, just save your time and money and go to U Haul .

Exactly what i needed for a short haul move but they advertise 20 dollar rentals but with gas and charge per km 20 quickly turned to 75 dollars for a 2 hour in town move should be gas or km only not both

I wish I could give negative stars instead of 1. Very ignorant staff and terrible customer service. Never have I seen anyone be so rude to a customer before. You shouldn't have to worry about being threatened by someone at a moving company on your move day.

Went in to reserve an auto transport. Was told there was limited amount and a uhaul representative would have to call me to confirm. The uhaul representative called me and we both confirmed I would be getting an auto transport. When I went in to pick up my auto transport at the agreed time, they told me the uhaul representative switched my reservation to a auto dolly behind my back because he messed up and he realized he has none to book for me. In the notes, It stated that I agreed to the change. I would not of agreed to it, I would of just canceled. I just don’t appreciate being lied to. Terrible company. But they are pretty much a monopoly as any competing company doesn’t offer what they offer.

Was a little confusing actually making arrangements with fellow at counter, computer tried to charge me for extra day because it was before 5pm on pickup(4:50pm) I said well I can wait 10 mins, to save $26.00. But he changed it to 4pm instead. Don't know what the confusion was but after that everything was fine, man hooked trailer up which U-Haul requires which is fine. I have rented U-Haul trailers about 6-7 times in my life and one thing about there trailers is that they are very safe. Also the $8.00/day insurance Is cheap really, if you destroy trailer you walk away. The reason it's cheap is because if you waive the insurance because you have your own don't forget the deductible your insurance will want you to pay, it's usually $3-500 so $8/day is cheap insurance. Will rent again from U-haul.

a while back tried to rent a truck to pull a trailer, companies in sarnia wouldnt rent me a truck to pull a trailer. i guess my money not good enough, called u haul no problem and they where even cheaper, i should of just called them from the start.i know for next time
