After 2 months without news I managed to join the expert who told me that he was not able to repair because of the color but who made it to me in black. My furniture is gray not working at all. After several calls to a certain Jean François who always has a reason to stretch out by telling me that he will find a solution and that he would call me back, it took 4 months for him to pay me for a new piece of furniture because at the beginning he offered me $ 50. Un accident ça peu arrivé mais la compagnie envoie un expert en meuble venir chercher la piece. Après 2 mois sans nouvelle je réussi à rejoindre l'expert qui me dit qu'il n'est pas capable de réparé à cause de la couleur mais qui me l'a fait en noir. Mon meuble est gris marche pas du tout. Après plusieurs appel à un certain jean François qui à toujours une raison d'étirer en me disant qu'il va trouver une solution et qu'il me rappelerait, ça prit 4 mois pour qu'il me paie un nouveau meuble car au début il m'offrait 50$. Ça regle pas que j'ai pas de meuble. Ils m'ont livré le meuble mais en pièces en disant qu'il devait repartir avec les boites wow bravo dompe ça en morceaux dans le garage. En passant les livreur était super. Bon service mais s'il arrive un bris bonne chance.

Le 12 février dernier j'ai fait appel à eux pour déménager mes meubles de ma maison au sous-sol et pour un entreposage on m'a chargé une demie heure de temps pour débarquer mes meubles entreposés à leur entrepôt. J'ai fait revenir mes meubles le 12 mars et fait remonter ceux que j'avais entreposer dans mon sous-sol. Mais après avoir téléphoné pour réserver le 12 mars j'ai recu un compte pour un autre mois d'entreposage à compter du premier mars. Pour moi à compter du 12 février au 12 mars cela fait un mois alors je leur ai dit que je ne voulais pas payer pour deux mois alors que mes meubles ont été à leur entrepôt un mois, on m'a alors dit que je ne paierais pas pour cet autre mois. Mais surprise lorsque j'ai payé pour le 12 mars on m'a chargé une heure de temps, un peu plus cher que le compte recu, pour ramener mes meubles de leur entrepôt. Mais comme je suis une personne âgée, ce que je me suis fait dire par un de leurs employés, j'imagine qu'il pense que je ne suis pas allumée ou que je suis sénile. Alors si vous faites appel à eux faites attention à tous vos biens et surveillez votre facture.

Cependant mauvaise évaluation initial de la tâche par téléphone (3 hommes envoyé au lieu de 5). Résultat un travail qui aurais normalement pris de 4 a 5 heures s'en retrouve a avoir nécessité 8 a 9 heures et ce malgré notre aide constante et l'efficacité des hommes dépêchés. Lors de l'appel placé aux responsables de l'entreprise par la suite afin de discuter de la problématique quelques jours plus tard, on se heurte a une administration fermé n'admettant aucun tors, ne voulant rien entendre et frôlant l'arrogance. Je considère dommage lorsque je décide de faire appel à des professionnels dans un domaine ou je n'ai aucune expertise et de devoir faire face a un tel comportement de la part de l'administration. Comportement qui n'est absolument pas refléter par la qualité du travail et le professionnalisme de son personnel.
