No breaks, the fridge, the oven, the washer and dryer, the bed, the sofa, the really heavy furniture, everything was up at 11:30 am and I had my whole day to relax! OR HA! I've never seen her. Fast, efficient, no breakage, inexpensive and super hard working. I recommend it to you all! I swear to you I had tears in my eyes when they left because I expected to pay $ 2000 and up and it didn't even go over me $ 500. Thank you! I keep you in my contacts! Mais avec les déménageurs Masson, ils étaient 2 gars seulement, je déménageais au 4e étage d'un immeuble, pas d'ascensseur. S'en est épuisant. À 9h du matin, ils arrive, embarque le stock. à 9h30, tout était dans le camion. À 10h30 les 2 hommes arrivent au nouveau logement et commence à monter les meubles au 4e étage. Aucune pause, le frigidaire, le four, la laveuse et sécheuse, le lit, le sofa, les meubles vraiment lourd, tout étaient montés à 11h30 et j'ai eu toute ma journée pour relaxer! OUHA! J'ai jamais vu sa. Rapide, efficace, aucun bris, pas cher et super travaillant. Je vous le recommande à tous! Je vous le jure, j'ai eu les larmes aux yeux quand ils sont partis, car je m'attendais à payer 2000$ et plus et sa ne m'a même pas dépassé 500 $. Merci à vous! Je vous garde dans mes contacts!

He didn't want to remove the fridge doors (that's what we did to get him into the apartment) because he didn't have the tools. He lost a lot of time talking to his boss both in Montreal and in Terrebonne. My neighbor wanted to call the police because it stirred up the whole neighborhood. They damaged my TV stand (see photos) 15 inches long in one place and 19 inches in the other. The boss, Robert Masson said that * his boys * denied having damaged this piece of furniture. The owner who kept me company in Terrebonne for fear of reprisals because of the behavior of one of the movers, witnesses that the furniture arrived damaged. In addition, they completely tore off the stop at the bottom of the stairs (see photos) If they covered the furniture, they would do less damage to the walls and furniture but they sometimes use blankets to place the stock in the truck but to get it out of the appartment. When the time comes to pay, this same guy gives me an invoice with a total + taxes without any details. I ask him what it is and he replies that it is 6 and a half hours X $ 130. Fortunately for me, I requested confirmation of the price by email from the owner, Mr. Masson, when booking. When I calmly tell him it's $ 120, not $ 130, he goes back to me shout at. I go out and call my neighbor to the rescue. He calmed down and I showed him the copy of the email. For all these reasons, I would not recommend these movers. There is a disrespectful lack of respect and an unacceptable attitude (verbal abuse). In addition, there is no effort regarding the status of covid-19. They don't wear masks or gloves and are frustrated because we, the customers, wear masks to protect them. P.S. It is very important to book movers who have been recommended to us and not only to want to encourage local businesses, to request a written quote when booking. Note that the law allows a complaint up to 60 days from the date of the move in case of breakage or error on the invoice. (Original) Très déçue ce ces déménageurs qui sont arrivés sans outils pour enlever la porte et le gars en charge du trio, criait et hurlait à la moindre contrainte. Il ne voulait pas enlever les portes du frigo (c'est ce qu'on avait fait pour l'entrer dans l'appartement) parce qu'il n'avait pas les outils nécessaires. Il a perdu bcp de temps à discuter avec son boss tant à Montréal que rendu à Terrebonne. Ma voisine voulait appeler les policiers tellement il ameutait tout le quartier. Ils ont endommagé mon meuble télé (voir photos) sur 15 pouces de long à un endroit et 19 pouces à l'autre. Le patron, Robert Masson a dit que *ses gars* ont nié avoir endommagé ce meuble. La propriétaire qui m'a tenu compagnie à Terrebonne de peur de représailles à cause du comportement de l'un des déménageurs, est témoin que le meuble est arrivé endommagé. De plus, ils ont carrément arraché le stopper en bas des escaliers (voir photos) S'ils recouvraient les meubles, ils endommageraient moins les murs et le mobilier mais ils utilisent des couvertures parfois pour placer le stock dans le camion mais par pour le sortir de l'appartement. Lorsqu'est venu le temps de payer, ce même gars me remets une facture avec un total + taxes sans aucun détail. Je lui demande ce qu'il en est et il me réponds que c'est 6 heures et demie X 130$. Heureusement pour moi, j'avais demandé une confirmation du prix par courriel au patron monsieur Masson lors de la réservation. Lorsque je lui dis calmement que c'est 120 et non 130$, il se remets à me crier dessus. Je sors et appelle mon voisin à la rescousse. Il s'est calmé et je lui ai montré la copie du courriel. Pour toutes ces raisons, je ne recommanderais pas ces déménageurs. Il y a un manque fragrant de respect et une attitude (violence verbale) inacceptable. De plus, il n'y a aucun effort concernant la situation de la covid-19. Ils ne portent ni masques, ni gants et sont frustrés parce que nous, les clients, portons un masque pour les protéger eux. P.S. Il est très important de réserver des déménageurs qui nous ont été recommendés et pas seulement de vouloir encourager les commerces locaux, de demander un devis écrit lors de la réservation. A noter que la loi permets une réclamation jusqu'à 60 jours de la date du déménagement en cas de bris ou erreur sur la facture.

I would like to make a couple of comments about the move you did from Terrebonne to Montreal on May 14. When I contacted you for a quote I explained that I am not moving my fridge and stove to the new address. I asked whether you can put them outside close to the street and you confirmed to me that there is no problem. Your team arrived on time and started moving right away. 1. Your employees were in a great hurry. The fridge and the stove were not moved on the street. (They had no time to lose) I had to hire others to put the fridge and stove on the street. It cost me $ 200 instead of 15 minutes at the rate of $ 125 an hour. 2. When you submitted your quote to me you knew I had about 75 boxes and 5 1/2 rooms. Your employees left several boxes and items (TV, 34 inch computer etc). They said there wasn’t enough room in the truck. Luckily, they didn''t have to move the fridge, the stove and the table and the 6 chairs in the dining room. Next time you move a 5 1/2 use a large enough truck. 3. You charged me $ 125 an hour, I learned that you charged others $ 120 an hour. I thought I was doing business with a professional company, I was mistaken. I will not recommend your company to my friends or family. ps: The movers had no clue about Covid19, including the owner. They arrived without masks or gloves, I had to provide both to the team.
