On the other hand, there were irritants, that's why I have to withdraw 1 star. - No mask from start to finish. - No carpet at the departure house. Since they had to put rocks outside (understandably, it's winter), there were some in the house and there was no carpet to protect the floors. - There was a last load that was forgotten. It's a misunderstanding and I don't put the blame on the movers, but we still had to call the in-laws urgently to get all that was left before going beyond the curfew. - Unexpected charges for paying with a credit card. - Exceeding of a few hundred dollars of the tender which was however evaluated in a rather exhaustive way on the telephone. (Original) J'ai été globalement satisfait de Déménagement MGB. Merci à Max, Pascal et Seb pour le bon service. Par contre, il y a eu des irritants, voilà pourquoi je dois retirer 1 étoile. - Pas de masque du début à la fin. - Pas de tapis à la maison de départ. Comme ils ont dû mettre des roches dehors (c'est comprenable, c'est l'hiver), il y en avait dans la maison et il n'y avait pas de tapis pour protéger les planchers. - Il y a eu un dernier chargement qui a été oublié. C'est un malentendu et je ne remets pas la faute sur les déménageurs, mais il a quand même fallu appeler les beaux-parents en urgence pour sortir tout ce qu'il restait avant de dépasser le couvre-feu. - Frais inattendus pour payer avec une carte de crédit. - Dépassement de quelques centaines de dollars de la soumission qui a pourtant été évaluée de façon plutôt exhaustive au téléphone.
