On avait payé pour un parking double alors qu’on nous déneigeait qu’une seule entrée de voiture. Extrêmement insatisfait.

Je travail comme opérateur à cette endroit et je suis surpris de voir autant de clients insatisfaits mais il faudrait peut-être vérifier l’entente de service requise pour le déneigement car plusieurs clients propriétaires veulent que le déneigement soit fait après la tempête afin de minimiser les coûts de service car pour d’autres clients aussitôt qu’il y a un ou deux centimètres ils faut passé et repasser pendant les heures de service et faire le déblayage final durant la nuit; tout dépend de l’entente de service et si il y a des bris causés lors du déneigement nous avons de bonnes assurances et nous pouvons aussi envoyé une équipe pour réparer des bris mineurs mais soyez assurés que nous prenons le service à la clientèle très au sérieux. Pour le bruit nous n’avons souvent pas le choix de faire nos travaux de nuit mais nous donnons aussi le service de jour à divers emplacements.
