We have moved from a standard bungalow to an intergenerational house. There were two households to move. The employees were courteous but we still wonder how they managed to lose a 42 inch television. The new house being under major renovation the boxes and the materials were stored and it was impossible for us to make an inventory within a month. You imagine two families in one house. Anyway, the moving lady kindly reminded us that after a month there was nothing left to do. We still think that employees broke the said television in the evening and hid it from their boss or that one of the employees watched his Canadiens games on our TV. We would have liked more responsible and serious customer service. Nous avons déménagé d'un bungalow standard a maison intergénérationnelle. Il y avait deux ménages a déménager. Les employés ont été courtois mais on se questionne encore comment ils ont réussis a perdre une télévision de 42 pouces. La nouvelle maison étant en rénovation majeure les boites et la matériels ont été entreposés et ils nous étaient impossible de faire l'inventaire en dedans d,un mois. Vous imaginer deux familles dans une seule maison. Bref, la dame de déménagement nous a gentiment rappelés qu’après un mois, il n'y avait plus rien a faire. On pense encore que soir des employés ont brisés la dite télévision et l on caché a leur patron ou que l'un des employés regarde ses matchs du Canadien sur notre Tv. On aurait aimé un service a la clientèle plus responsable et sérieux.

J'ai juste un seul mot pour décrire mon déménagement: Incroyable! Tout dans le déménagement a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. L'heure convenue était 8 heure et ils sont arrivés à 8:30. Ça m'a donné le temps de terminer mon café. Ils ont commencé par protéger les seuils et placer les tapis protecteurs dans le logement, pour ensuite charger les boîtes et emballer les meubles. Si vous avez la chance d'être déménagé par Simon et Alex, vous avez gagné le gros lot. Deux vrai professionnels, sympathiques et très aidant. Chaque article a été annoté avec un numéro et l'état avant et après le déménagement. Les boîtes de carton que j'avais sont arrivées tel quel. Tous les coins impécables! J'en revenais pas. Ils ont pris soin de mes choses comme si c'était les siennes. Aucun bris et aucun oubli. Puis le prix payé fut celui convenu dans l'estimation. Non seulement je recommande cette entreprise, mais pour mon prochain déménagement c'est avec eux que je ferai affaire.

Les déménageurs n'avaient pas non plus de boites garde-robe comme convenu. Mon déménagement pour un simple 4-1/2 aura duré 6 heures ! Toujours le matin même, on m'a fait signer un document comme quoi les bris étaient couverts à 0,60 $/lb et que l'assurance incluse comportait une franchise de 250 $. Dans une période de pointe (juin), il m'était donc impossible de refuser et de trouver d'autres déménageurs. Si vous comptez bien, ça veut dire que pour avoir droit au premier 0,60 $ de dédommagement, l'article devrait peser plus de 417 lbs !!!... C'est une belle arnaque pour éviter d'avoir à payer. Finalement, ils ont cassé un coin de dessus de table en verre et, surtout, ils ont brisé le pied de mon lave-vaisselle, un bris non-réparable. Après 2 mois et demi sans pouvoir le faire réparer (en attente de leur réponse) et en faisant la vaisselle à la main, ils m'ont finalement envoyé un chèque de 75 $ pour un lave-vaisselle de plus de 500 $ qui n'avait même pas 1 an d'usure. À éviter à tout prix.

(Original) Des employés professionnels et en uniforme sont arrivés à l'heure pour mon demenagement la semaine passée. Ils ont mis des protecteurs sur mes planchers pour ne pas les briser. Le nombre d'heures sur la soumission corespondait parfaitement au temps réel du déménagement. Je suis tres satisfait du service recu et si je déménage à nouveau c'est sur que je rappelle cette compagnie.

They took 12 hours to do the work in 2 trips instead of the 6 hours provided on the quote. I even had to help them carry furniture because they could not do it alone. And of course they did not respect any of their commitment but they were not shy about charging us a maximum of $ 400 more than the quote. A beautiful band of thieves to escape absolutely !!! (Original) Le jour de mon déménagement seulement 2 hommes se sont présentés avec un petit camion au lieu des 3 déménageurs prévus avec un plus gros camion. Ils ont mis 12h à faire le travail en 2 voyages au lieu des 6h prévus sur le devis. J'ai même du les aider à porter des meubles car ils n'y arrivaient pas seuls. Et bien sûr ils n'ont respecté aucun de leurs engagement mais ils ne se sont pas gênés de nous facturer au maximum soit 400$ de plus que le devis. Une belle bande de voleurs à fuir absolument!!!
