I mean, we literally don't have a big FedEx building with an amazing delivery system. It just doesn't exist here. They do what they can or you deal with the people at Staples and they're pretty good people to deal with.

While the Stay-at-Home order is in effect, this depot is limited to processing shipments. Manual waybill are provided, for Express service, only. All other shipments must already have FedEx labels with package. We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the moment, our hands are tied.

This company has no qualms about leaving a package at your door without notification. Printer ink was delivered yesterday only to be left outside overnight in freezing weather. Never was the doorbell rung or knocked on. We were home all day. We found it this morning frozen. This not the first time this has happened. I would NOT recommend this company for any deliveries. I am NOT impressed.

(Translated) Not at all happy with the service. I waited a full day for the pickup service, no one came to pick up the package. I called customer service, was on the line for an hour for an agent to answer me, and the person who answered hung up on me. I spent an extra hour to get back to them, eventually I was told that the agent who had planned the pickup had not entered the apartment number for the driver !! Anyway, I wasted a day just because of the bad service and on top of that, I was in a rush to send the package. We didn't compensate either! It was the first and the last time I do business with Fedex (Original) Pas du tout contente du service. J’ai attendu une journée complète pour le service de cueillette, personne n’est venue chercher le colis. J’ai appelé service à la clientèle, j’étais en ligne pendant une heure pour qu’un agent me réponde, et la personne qui a répondu m’a raccroché au nez. J’ai passé une heure de plus pour les recontacter, finalement on m’a dit que l’agent qui avait planifié la cueillette n’avait pas mis le numéro d’appartement pour le chauffeur!! Bref, j’ai perdu une journée juste à cause du mauvais service et en plus, j’étais pressée pour envoyer le colis. On n’a pas compensé non plus! C’était la première et la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec Fedex

There's no issue with the company itself, I give them 1 star because the address is completely wrong. I ended up circling the plaza it claims to be in 5 times before I went into a store and they patiently explained I'm not the first or 10th person that came in looking for FedEx. The REAL location is with Buffalo Airways by the airport.

Real location is not Buffalo Airways as described below. It's Buffalo Express which is another albeit related business located on 134 Bristol Avenue. They seem to do good service but they only do FedEx air. Any FedEx ground to Yellowknife goes through Canada Post after it gets to Edmonton. It seems that FedEx air sometimes changes its agent in Yellowknife - which explains the outdated address.
