Vancouver. Got a washer & dryer delivered, installed and the old ones removed. The day before, I got an automated phone call, text message, and email asking me to confirm the delivery time window (11:30 - 2:30). The next day, I got an automated phone call letting me know that the delivery would be arriving in 15 minutes. Delivery was right on time and were very professional. After how much I personally struggled to get the washer and dryer out and unstacked, I was humbled by incredible speed at which they worked. Goes to show how the right tools in the hands of the right people can make all the difference. Jonas and Eduardo, you accomplished your task with excellence. Great work!

Just had the CARR group deliver our LG Wash Tower near London Ontario. They brought their own hoses and duct so we can return ours, woo! They installed everything under 10 minutes. Wore masks and were careful remove our furniture to clear space. We just did our first set of laundry and so far * knocks on wood * no issues ! Thank you

This comapny was unable to deliver on their promise, they scheduled at times when I could not receive the apliance and made me waste 3 days waiting for them. They give you a timeframe without checking your avaiability. It is almost imposible to talk to them, once you do they igonre, or just say they will do someting and never do. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. I ordered the apliance and it took them more than a week to finally deliver and install....but once they got to my place they refuse to install and just left it here...in the entrance to my place and of course, nobody in the company cares.

We recently had a bed delivered to our new home in Kamloops. The service provided left much to be decided. Of the 3 men who arrived only 1 wore a mask while doing the job. There was no evidence that the crew made any attempt at pre-planning how they would get the box spring for the bed down the stairs to the basement, which proved to be a tight fit. All conversation between the crew was done in a foreign language leaving us no opportunity to offer suggestions. In the process of maneuvering the mattress down the stairs, they managed to wedge it between the banister and the ceiling of the stairwell. Getting it unstuck resulted in damage to the ceiling, the banister and a section of wall. My husband tried repeatedly to offer assistance, but to no avail. Based on this experience, I definitely would not recommend this company for doing any sort of moving.

The worst and the sketchiest drivers. Ordered a dryer and washer set from canadianappliancesource.ca. I paid for the installation and throwing out my old one. And for a busy hair salon having a working washer and dryer is super important. Not only do they not help you uninstall where i have to hire a plumber to come in to uninstall it. Upon delivery the washer was damaged. It may not be their fault but I kindly asked them to install the dryer and re attach my current washer that was working. They refuse, I paid for installation and dump and due to the situation they weren't at all willing to help out. After some conversation they said they will help me hook everything up for $150 cash. I was desperate i talked it down to $100. That was not the end of it. Today the delivery company came again and dropped off the washer not only did they not hook up the dryer at all leaving lint flying everywhere. We inspect that the dryer was also damaged. This is seriously the worst experience i ever had.

Beware, I bought an appliance with their partner (CAS) and they were supposed to deliver it to Willowbrook Mall in Langley, BC which by the way is approximately 650,000 square feet along Fraser Hwy, they can't find it so they left leaving us without our dryer for weeks.

Zero communication and professionalism. They told me I needed to remove the banisters and light fixtures in my stairwell for them to move it up. Fine, sure. I did it in five minutes but they assured me they’d be back no later than 4:30 (it was noon at the time). They never showed up. Called customer support twice. Big surprise: we can’t reach the delivery guys but surely they’re on their way back after their last delivery. Nope. It’s 9:30 now. The support line is closed. No delivery guys. My banisters and light fixtures are removed and my downstairs hallway is blocked by a fridge. Total disarray. Will they ever come back to finish the job I paid for? Who knows! Unbelievable.

Probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Currently in the process of submitting a complaint about one of their delivery guys, who was verbally harassing me in my own home while delivering two new appliances and taking away two old units. Disgusting behaviour, I am beside myself. Will be demanding a refund for their “service”, if you can call it that.

Went way out my way to accommodate the acceptance of a delivery of appliances. Paid another employee to cover my shift. Delivery drivers went to the wrong house and when we made dispatch aware of their mistake they refused to come back to the proper address to deliver our appliances. They sent a picture of the delivery tag to prove they were at my home but it was the wrong home????????

Delivered my dishwasher, and when I wanted to check the unit, deliverymen said there was no need and that it would need to be returned to the store. I signed for the unit (which I shouldn't have done without checking, I know), THEN the guy wrote on the waybill that the unit was delivered undamaged. He didn't know if the packaged dishwasher was damaged or not any better than I did. Lazy or unscrupulous, or both, but the experience is sadly another negative one for large appliance delivery in my area.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Not only did they proceed to place my items scattered around my place, but had the audacity to tell me that I should’ve made space knowing a delivery company was coming. They also left one cabinet on top of my microwave, and I had to proceed to move it myself. A few things to take note of this situation: number one, I informed them that I could move my personal car for them to bring in the truck more, they declined. Number 2, the house is under construction, how exactly am I going to make space for you when there is no space to move anything. Number 3, this is a delivery service and I am the customer. Unimpressed with Jeff and Bryan that work here. I have escalated this with B&N deliveries that contract this company, as well as Home Depot. Total waste if I could I would give this company -1 star but unfortunately 1 star will do.

Do not use this joke of a company; they looked for every excuse not to deliver our appliance - first they claimed they couldn't find our place and forced a delay in our delivery. Then they tried to not deliver the product the second time and tried to leave without talking to the site supervisors and neither delivery person was physically capable to moving the product. The contractors on site had to move the product for them.

This was the MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to arrange a time for delivery with me. Instead they sent a text msg with a specific time frame. Most buildings you need to book the elevator, and since they didn't check availability, I had to reschedule for Tuesday. Tuesday came and they never showed up, not a call nothing, just a wasted work day for me waiting I had to call them back to reschedule, but they couldn't until Thursday. I called them twice and told them I could receive the unit after 12. They delivered before 12, when I was out so they left. I had to chase them once again to reschedule, called and a lady said she would fix it and call me back...no calls. I called again and where only able to reschedule until next Tuesday. When they finally showed up, they were rude and refused to take the dryer so now I have a dryer installed and a washing dryer unit in my hallway. This company does whatever they want and there is no accountability. Even if you want to talk to a manager to fix an urgent matter, they said I can schedule a call inn2 days. It is such a poor service with total disregard for customer that it feels like a joke. Now we have to find and pay another company to fix this. I have already paid for installation and disposal but they do not care at all about customers or their satisfaction.

I worked with these guys at Future Shop and they were good BUT tonight July 10 2019 I had 2 guys in a truck plate x 83320 at round 10pm driving down wellngton doing 70 when it's only 50. they were so close to the back end of my car that if I needed to stop in any way they would have hit my car. Then we pulled up to a light and the music blaring was very loud and all you could here was F*** this and F*** that, very inappropriate for a business truck. Your vehicles are huge and they don't stop on a dime therefore they should not drive so recklessly. A concerned citizen......

The most unorganized delivery system I have ever experienced . No communication, upper management does not get back to you . I will not shop at any stores this company delivers for. Home depot, The Bay, Bad boy, Teppermans, Appliance Canada. Avoid buying anything from the above stores that will require delivery. For furniture..try Leon's or the Brick...there delivery was seemless, on time and professional. This place needs to be put out if budiness. Complete GARBAGE!!

It took 4 attempts for them to deliver my refrigerator. I was not able to track my delivery from either Home Depot website or Carr Group, no delivery time window nothing and was constantly told it would be delivered that day. On 1 attempt the gentleman said he would show up however he was alone . By that time it was late, dark and raining and not safe for 1 person. On another attempt was again late, dark and the individual was again alone with no help to deliver a fridge. Until threatening to cancel and report our experience did our fridge show up in the daylight with 2 individuals. Was a very stressful experience for which we paid.

Worked for this place for about a year. They are probably one of the shadiest companies I have ever worked for. They treat their staff like trash and will lie to any customer Or employee for the all mighty dollar. I've watched them go through at least 20 staff in a 4 month period . I watched them scam a few employees out of their last pay cheque after canning them in an unjustified way. Nothing good to say about this management. I don't really know how they're in business.

I worked delivery for over a year, in that time the management team ignored any issues any of the employees brought up to them, they would hire someone off the street with zero moving experience and expect them to pick up the job in a week and send them out alone with other new guys with no guidance, for 16.50 they expect you bring in all your own tools, I worked out of the teppermens facility and everyday would have to get product replaced because it was damaged on the floor of the warehouse. The lack of care was really disappointing to witness first hand. I would not step foot in any business that deals with Carr's delivery.

Carr Group delivered a washer and dryer combo with installation. The washer did not have all the shipping bolts removed during installation which cause the rubber in the washer to not be able to spin freely resulting in smoke and burning of the rubber upon the first wash. Absolutely would not recommend as that required a service call from the manufacturer. We genuinely paid for delivery + installation at full cost so would not recommend at all...at least provide a refund for the installation as it was improperly done let alone DAMAGES to the washing machine...

Your drivers were making a delivery on Dunwich Dr and as they left the side street they took such a wide turn they came across Airey Ave up onto my front lawn and broke my driveway ties. Your company needs to invest in better drivers. They didn't even stop to apologize and I was in my driveway when it happened. Judging by the reviews lack of respect and professionalism is a pattern. If you value your company I would suggest you take my advise on hiring better employees. Your business reputation is on the line.

I was driving on Hwy 4 Richmond St. Heading North when a Carr Group delivery truck (box truck) cut me off and passed a number of vehicles ahead of me. This happened at 11:40am on Wednesday March 4th, 2020. The truck was traveling at 90km in a 60km zone through Birr. Please take action against this driver?

Caution ! They will force you to sign damage waiver after they already incurred property damage and threaten not to give you the essential appliance you paid and waited weeks for. Definition of coercing a signature with duress cannot be more accurate of a description. Read below if interested. We had new stove, fridge and dishwasher scheduled for delivery between 1-5PM on Jan 26, 2022. They arrived close to 6 and the delivery team leader was curt in response, impatient and generally poor attitude. I understand things can run late and attitude can be subjective. We asked them to relocate (paid service) the old fridge to the basement involving stairs and a narrow doorway at the end. We were told the door was too narrow and asked to sign a waiver for damage liability if we wanted to proceed. We did not feel comfortable signing a blanket waiver for all damages to property and appliances so told them to move just to the open area of the baseline up to just in front of the said narrow door between 2 ares of our basement. They happily agreed and proceeded to move the old fridge without the waiver. Problem came when they found out without straps or tools, it was difficult to find grip and maneuver down the stairs to just to get down to the basement. They slided the old fridge down and damaged the wall paint in multiple areas. When I approached the wall after to have a closer look without saying a word yet, the leader snapped back at me "don't look at me" and proceeded to force me to sign the general damage liability waiver and threatened that if I do not sign the waiver, they will refuse delivery and bring all the new appliances sitting in driveway back. I argued that they never once commented on the stairway being an issue. The concern around the narrow doorway was what he had requested me to sign the waiver for before. How can he turn around to ask me to sign a waiver after damage by his team had already occurred. His argument was that he wouldn't need to tell me each and every corner of concern. But if they had concern why did they still move the fridge and did not bring the stairway concern to my attention? It was clearly an aftermath covering his butt type of behaviour. I attempted to sign the waiver with additional written comment describing the events transpired and damage already occurred. He refused to take that waiver. Once again threaten to take all the new appliances away if i did not sign the waiver for him. I compromised and asked him to leave all the new appliances on the driveway without the need to deliver into the house. This way there would not be any risk of damage and thus no need for waiver to waive potential future damages. He once again refused. There I was with my wife torn between being forced to sign a blank damage liability waiver for everything including retroactively for damage already incurred by them or risk not getting our stove and fridge in time before we move in this week (with them taking the appliances back and probably loops of trouble to jump through to file complaint, reschedule and find time off work to be available to receive at home). We felt we had no option to sign the waiver as being to store groceries and cook our meals are essential compared to the wall damage. This is the definition of coercing someone to sign against their will and to sign under duress. This type of behaviour is not only unprofessional and unlawful. I hope to find time to call their head office. I am not seeking monetary compensation but I will request a letter of apology and discipline on this said delivery team leader to Thorndale on January 26, 2022.

Came home from work one day to have one of Carr delivery truck blocking my driveway. I asked the driver to move and he explodes and started cursing at me and my wife before threating both of us. I have never used this service and never will. What kind of people do you employ?

I worked here for about 2.5 months and it wasnt bad. The thing was that Matt the supervisor was really unfair to me and needs to learn how to give proper training to some guys who come into this job without much experience. Out of nowhere after 2 months said to me that I was "under performing" never said anything to me before. sticks you on a truck with a trainer for about a week then you go with people who are just as new as you, and proceeds to say you are the one under performing. It is a team effort so what he says just confused me. Said he would put me back on a truck with the trainer for a few weeks but then only did for 3 days!! Then proceeds to terminate me. I liked working there and thought I was doing okay. Loved the guys who worked there, but Matt was sonething else.

They delivered my washer yesterday I paid for the hook up and new hoses. They didn’t set up my washer and didn’t even get my new hoses. I’m 61 yrs old can’t do stairs so I trusted them that they did the job just to find out from my son when he came that it wasn’t done. Not impressed

Not a customer, however Carr Group was making a delivery to the house across the street from mine. Blocked my driveway with their truck. When I asked them to move it so I could access my driveway, the driver proceeded to curse at me and insult me. He waited 10 minutes afterward as he stood in my driveway and starred at my house. Zero professionalism. Zero respect for others. He made it very clear that he makes $30 an hour and didn't care that he was wasting his own time. I will never let this company deliver any products to me.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, and it all happened in my own home. Neither guy wore a mask in my house, they slammed my door into the wall multiple times, because it was apparently easier than just gently opening it, and he was rushing me to sign that everything was fine before even being able to check. Anyone can pretend to be nice for 5 minutes, maybe they should try it.
