Phil was super helpful at the Storage Mart(St.Thomas) when we went to get the keys to our storage unit. Only suggestion if you call to rent one ask to be transfered directly to the store/location you want, otherwise you get a person who isn't even working from the area; talking over you when you have questions and rushing to get you off the phone (2 star). The staff at the St Thomas location are super friendly and easy to work with. The storage unit is clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because our unit is at their auxiliary location and it's a bit difficult to get the gate open when you have a trailer...you have to park across the street, go unlock and open the gate and then go back to your car and then cross street to get into the property. It would be nice if it was just drive in.

Enfin, un code unique à chaque locataire permet d’ouvrir la grille afin d’accéder à l’espace loué, assurant la sécurité de nos biens. Je recommande cet endroit.

Arguably the worst spot to put a storage center as it shares a lot with Tim Hortons and the drive thru exits directly into the path of the storage drive thru door. Have had multiple issues with this, and the entrance keypad being so worn that you can’t read some numbers/symbols. That being said the staff have been lovely and accommodating so it really is shameful that it’s just the positioning of the entrance that earns this beauty a 2/5 stars.

Very happy with my StorageMart experience! I initially called in to arrange for my rental. Their phone customer service was very courteous, competent and accurate. The on-site reception took over seamlessly from the central customer service. The storage unit I received was very clean, and included a ceiling-mounted light. the size was quite big for my needs, and very tall, so it could fit even large or tall objects like skis, canoes, anything. I would definitely come back, and would highly recommend StorageMart's services.

I booked unit online, when I went to set up unit I was told the unit I booked was at an offsite location just down the street !! figured that was ok. Went to the unit it was a rundown building with a 5 dollar lock on the site for security. to get to the 10*20 foot I had to go down a narrow Allie way (10 feet wide) with obstructions. very difficult to get a trailer to this unit. plus the unit only had a three foot door on it. This unit was nothing like what is pictured on the web. I contacted storagemart and requested a new unit, one that was trailer accessible, had security and a usable door. I was told when you book online you get big discounts so they give you the bad units. Storagemart did end up moving me to the main facility , so that made me happy, but now I have just bee double charged on my visa.

Stopped into Storage Mart today to inquire about storage rental units/prices/insurance/packing boxes, etc. today and was extremely happy with the service I received!! This is following the death of my mother and the clerk was so helpful and patient with my questions during what has been a very difficult time. Renting a storage locker at the last minute has been nothing but a positive experience with StorageMart! Melody was friendly, personable and professional. She offered us a few different options, some with special pricing and then showed us the locker that we ended up renting. She explained all the legalities of the rental and offered a lock purchase, although with no pressure to buy. We ended up using our own lock. The facility is extremely secure with a keypad entrance. The rental unit was clean and the driveways leading to the lockers were clear of snow. The whole process of using temporary storage has been easy! If needed again in the future, I'll definitely be back. I will not hesitate to recommend your friendly business to anyone needing storage. Thanks for being there when we needed you!
