A1 Service! Can't say enough. From hiring Sprint through to the day(s) of the move things were made as simple as possible for us. The crew that did our two day move were awesome! There were a few hiccups (an elevator that broke down for a while for one) but they kept smiling and working and got everything done as quickly as possible. They each had their job to do and did it effectively. They placed the boxes or items where ever it was labelled or asked me where it was to go and it was put there. The move was completed in a timely fashion and even with two extra stops to drop off and pick up furniture the charges were reasonable compared to other movers estimates. That disappoints me if it was a discount you are implying. This was a move of only the large furniture from on street to the next in the same town.

They were friendly and professional, immediately requesting a walk around to determine any special requests. Then they put down protective mats on the floors, stairs and bannisters. But the most impressive part was they managed to move some very large and unwieldy items some others may have declined. All without damaging any of our walls (in either house) or the items. The movers were polite and efficient and kind but quite a lot of our things were damaged, one bookshelf completely demolished, and the hardware for our bed, that was taped to the bedboards, is missing completely. I'm not about to make a big deal out of it, since a lot of our stuff was cheap or second-hand, so I'm not surprised that there was damage, but I'm also not likely to recommend this company. (Reply to your reply: Dude, I got an email FROM YOU (actually 2 emails because I ignored the first one since I didn't really want to complain) asking for feedback, and the link took me here. If you don't want people giving feedback on google, maybe you shouldn't ask for feedback on google?)

Flawless moving experience. Communication with Matt was prompt and professional and the moving crew itself was the most professional and friendly I have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough positive things about Matt Akins, and his very professional and reliable staff. I was in a very difficult situation when my husband, my son and I had to move a 3 storey home within a short period of time as our initial preparations and ability to complete the packing and everything else didn’t truly meet our “set deadline”. I called Matt at Sprint Moving Service, after a google search. (Coincidentally, our real estate agent who completed the sale and purchase of our new home, highly recommended Sprint Moving services) literally 3 days from our deadline date to be moved completely and he was able to accommodate us. He sent over 3 men to pack to remainder of our home, which turned out to be more than 30 boxes of our belongings, move them to our garage and returned two days later to load their truck, complete more packing. The team of very professional movers then drove to our new home and unloaded the boxes, all proficiently labelled as to what room they belong. Matt was very receptive to my request and all at the last minute, meaning I am sure he had to rearrange his already established schedule of moves, in an effort to help me and my family out. I personally cannot thank Matt and his professional moving staff enough, and I feel complete confidence in recommending this company to others. They will pack all your belongings, move all the belongings and unpack if needed. In a very timely and proficient way, to insure there are no mistakes or damage to your valuable contents. They truly care about you belongings and delivering them safely. Hate moving. Done way too much of it in my life. Had a couple of good movers, but Sprint raised the bar far beyond anything I've previously experienced. The young men who moved us were not only friendly and professional, but also had a good knowledge of the care and keeping of furniture, including fragile and antique furniture. Furthermore, the entire process took half the time I expected. Recommend them? Hell, I'll dial their number and hand you the phone.

They DID reinstall the headboard on my bed. They did NOT install mirrors on dressers. They put a coffee table with a custom made glass top on its SIDE on the dirty, gritty floor of the loading room. Disrespectful and inconsiderate not to mention stupid. I had every box labelled with the room it went to: kitchen, bedroom, hall closet, bathroom, storage, art supplies, etc. All boxes got piled up in the kitchen, hall closet & dining area. Some boxes that contained fragile or breakable china, crystal or other things that shouldn't be crushed, squeezed or have heavy things on top, had the message ignored. Things were piled on top anyway. Heaviest boxes were put on the uppermost closet shelves where they were hard to get down. I ended up with pulled muscles & sore shoulders after lifting them down. How many males does it take to figure out that heavy things go lower or at waist height? Lighter, smaller boxes were lower down. Go figure. One of the men dragged his heels and moved around with a grin on his face all the time, moving at half speed and didn't seem to know what the others were doing. Was he smoking pot? They didn't finish the move. I had to hire people 2 days later to get the other things that were still left. It cost me an additional $650. The move was too costly. They broke a piece of furniture & kept from telling me. Nor did they report it to their boss. When I reported a missing piece of furniture I was told that they claimed I told them to throw it out. That was an ABSOLUTE lie, an effort to cover up breaking it, to deceive me AND put the blame on me. When I did the second move 2 days after these people moved me, I realized the item was neither back at the house nor in my new place. I found out from Mat that they put it in the garbage! Witnesses here luckily saw that piece of furniture in the garbage room and they said it looked like it "had been kicked or dropped". I DID indeed tell them they could remove a dresser so I think when they smashed that piece, they used it as their story that I "told" them to take it away. But Mike, the one who was LOOKING at the dresser when I told him to take it away I think he saw an opportunity to "switch" which piece they removed, since they still had the one they had smashed in the truck. That's how I believe they were able to say they removed it, and that I'd asked them to. No, the cabinet had been in absolutely PERFECT condition. The dresser, on the other hand, was a bit damaged, and I had little space for it in the bedroom, so I directed Mike to remove it to make room for other things. He was STANDING BESIDE ME AS WE FACED THE DRESSER when I told him to take it out. He knew what his orders were, but he found a way to cover up the fact that they smashed the cabinet. But I found out. The owner reimbursed me for some of the cost but it's more expensive than what he gave me. Matt was not willing to believe me in the beginning when I told him that a piece of furniture was gone, but when I told him I had witnesses, and explained my side, he sent a bit of money. At first he was on the defence that they "don't lie" and that they're trustworthy. After this, I know different. What they did is NOT an example of "honesty" or professionalism. Bad team. They left a living room wall unit in the middle of the living room, not against the wall. I had to buy sliders to move it. EDIT Mar 5 2021: I went to rearrange a few pieces of furniture. I have a small computer desk that was put in the living room, & notice that a wheel at the left rear is snapped off from the plastic casing that held it in place. These people were so utterly careless and incompetent with my belongings that I now have no other choice but to call it what it is. Utter and complete neglect and incompetence, laziness, and lack of respect. These people did a deplorable job. AVOID SPRINT OR LOOK AROUND REALLY WELL BEFORE YOU DECIDE. MATT'S PALTRY $200 COMPENSATION PAYMENT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO COVER THE INCONVENIENCE AND THE HARM DONE BY THESE CLOWNS. I'm posting this on Facebook and elsewhere.

Booked this service through email, they should have come out to assess what we were moving. They showed up with a smaller truck. The workers spent more time on their phones. No communication at all the works didn't even know we were moving in the same day. Received a call from the boss on moving day asking if we were bringing more people to help Because the workers didn't want to work late. Very unprofessional, workers were swearing music was so loud. We were almost embarrassed for our new neighbours The workers didn't finish a room before moving on to the next. Our table and chairs (1 table and 4 chairs) they took the table and 3 chairs left the one chair. Our bed room set they took 3/4 of the furniture and left the one dresser that we had to move. For a stressful day that was supposed to be a smooth transition, this company made it very stressful. I would not recommend.

There were efficiant and polite. Cost was reasonable. Matt, the owner, made it too easy. He came in and did a preliminary check for a price estimate. Told us what the movers will take and what they won't. Day of, the three guys showed up a bit early and started immediately. We offered them drinks during the job, and pizza after it was complete. They saved us money because of their speed, that we were able to tip well... and we still had cash left over from the estimate. We have used Sprint for our last 4 moves. This was my first time dealing with a moving company so as expected, I had many questions. Matthew was extremely responsive, patient and helpful when it came to my questions. On the day of the move, the movers were early (which is much better than them being late) and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were careful with our furniture, and anything that had to be taken apart to be moved, they reassembled. Total for over 7.5 hours of work (including driving time and making a second stop for my roommates items) with a fuel surcharge was over $1,000 but it was well worth it. It would have taken friends and me the whole weekend to do what they did in just a few hours. Highly recommend.

Our purchase of a new home in a community two hours away and the sale of our London came together in a matter of days. My wife and I recently moved from a house to an apartment. We decided we would contract a moving company to handle our move. Matt at Sprint provided a quotation based on the information I provided on their check sheet. I found Matt very easy to work with and he provided a quotation within 24 hours. We agreed on a date and Matt said they would start at 8:00 am. Based on his professional help we elected to use Sprint Moving. On the day of the move the moving crew, (Greg, Mike and Bruno) arrived promptly at 7:50 am. The very first thing they did was to cover our wood floors. I was amazed at the professional and speedy work. All furniture was blanket wrapped and handled with care. They took time to listen to our concerns and made us feel secure that all was going to go well. In addition to our regular items we also have two cactus that are 6' tall and very hard to handle. We were told that Sprint Moving does not take responsibilities for this type of item. To our surprise they took great care in wrapping and protecting our cactus and they arrived at our new apartment with no damage at all. The guys were fantastic! The estimate we were given was the move would take approximately 4 hours. Greg, Mike and Bruno completed our move in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend them for any move. Helpful, careful, speedy, cheerful and easy to work with, this is a great company with great people.

This was my first experience hiring movers and I will never move again without! They were so fast, organized, and incredibly strong. Managed to move some very heavy furniture such as our China cabinet without any damage. They ensured everything was placed in the right room, and even made a few helpful suggestions as we arranged furniture. It was raining when we moved, but you would've never known it looking at our floors. They rolled out mats throughout both houses to keep any mess to a minimum. I highly recommend Sprint Movers as Matt and his team were so easy to deal with and so nice to receive quote based on on-site review of items being moved. The guys were friendly and took great care in handling my belongings. Stairs and antiques, no problem there eiher and my furniture is solid oak. As with any move, whether it be short or long distance we are going to be concerned about the safe arrival of our belongings but I will most definitely use Sprint the easy move again because there's nothing to worry about with them. We were VERY happy to have hired two of Sprints guys to pack a U-haul van for us. We had a load of stuff in our garage and they packed it so well they left me in awe. The items were protected with blankets and cardboard and were tucked in there like they were doing a jigsaw puzzle. Would definitely use them again.

They were all so polite and kind, they did their best to ask for direction when needed but also had the confidence to take control of the situation when stress took over on my part. I used Sprint Movers last week and honestly they are awesome, first they come right on time ( actually 10 minutes earlier to set up their stuff ) , then they was very organized and professional, they moving the stuff very fast ( for 3 bedrooms and dining , living room) plus whole basement was full of boxes they did it in just 6hrs .( they came at 8:00 am and finished by 2:00 pm ) ( same amount of stuff I used previously different company when I moved from Toronto) they took 12 hrs . These guys didn't even take their break ( all 3 of them , Greg, Mike & Kyle ) they was really awesome . Not even one scratch on walls neither the furniture. Their hourly rate was actually less than other 2 companies by 20$/hr less . Honestly, I absolutely recommend them 100% . I would like to thank them very much for their service.

The men that came to move us were right on time... they worked with an efficiency that you just don't see these days. They worked hard and asked questions to certain items to make sure they were doing things the way we wanted them done. They loaded the truck with speed and care like no other movers I have used. When it came time to unload they made sure that every box and piece of furniture went into the proper rooms marked on the boxes.
