Great experience with this facility. Clean, secure, modern. The rates were as good or better than anywhere else for climate controlled unit and the place is immaculate. Modern technology to gain access. Someone on site during regular hours. Additionally it isn't cramped at all in the hallways, easy to get stuff in and out. I was there for 4ish months between moves. When I moved out nobody was on top of me, they reached out a few days after to make sure everything was good. Never felt any pressure of any kind. Again, nothing but a quality experience.

Extremely happy that St. Catharines and Niagara have a brand new, modern, state of the art, professionally run storage facility. Climate controlled, HD secured, electronic gate access 24/7, best rates all around. Properly lighting, convenient location, and have I mentioned IMACULATE!!! This is our new place to go storage facility, without any doubt. I highly recommend it, and cannot be more pleased to spread the word about it.

Originally the unit size I needed was not available, but later that day I received a call from Mike later that he had secured me a 10x10 unit. He seemed to really go above and beyond. The experience with Abbott has been very smooth and their customer service is top notch. It is a very new, well kept storage yard and I'd recommend Abbott to anyone in need of a storage unit.

This is the best storage place I have used !. The units are clean, easy to access and are well maintained. There are lots of security cameras and I am confident my belongings are secure. The staff (John and Mike) are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Manager John is always pleasant and courteous. A seamless experience to arrange a unit, great prices for climate controlled storage.
