Our move across the US back to Canada during the pandemic was extremely stressful. QMM managed the whole thing seamlessly with the utmost professionalism. The entire team was extremely efficient, responsive, and proactive making things so much easier for us. Our driver was amazing. From clear communication through to going above and beyond to get our belongings to a small Gulf Island. He even helped clear us through customs while we were in self isolation. So grateful!!! QMM is a moving company that listens and understands what the customer needs. I was moving from BC to southern California and the communication from QMM was exceptional. I contacted two other moving companies and QMM was exceptional in their customer service. Any question I had was answered fully and in fact every thing was so clearly and thoroughly explained that I didn't have many questions. From the logistic officer in Toronto down to the actual movers I can say the service was impeccable. I will definitely use them again if I have to move cross country again. Moved with my partner from Toronto to Calgary in February. Great experience all around. Never felt in doubt about anything. Tyler and Abbigail were super responsive and helped set decent expectations pre-move. John was the driver at both ends. John was super professional and great to be around in general. Definitely didn't expect our moving pro's to be so nice and personable but they all were. Did an excellent job wrapping up our valuable items and helping us set things up when we moved in. Would use again! Albeit - I sure as heck don't want to move anytime soon.

I had not hired QMM myself, but rather they were contracted by the international company that I had hired, and perhaps this is part of why my experience was so negative: I was simply the bottom of their priority list. The overall theme of my experience with QMM was confusion and disorganisation. From the very beginning, QMM was unable to provide any concrete information, with reassurances that more information would be available "soon." QMM provided the customs documents on a Monday, and on the Wednesday they called, and insisted that I provide them with the date I would be clearing customs and emphasised that I needed to do it as soon as possible. Understanding this as urgent, I made the necessary arrangements - despite living three hours from Toronto (the nearest CBSA office) - and cleared customs the day after they called. I provided them with the paperwork the same day, which they confirmed they received. Apparently this matter was not as urgent as their phone call to me had implied, as QMM would not provide a delivery date, an estimated delivery date, or even a timeline for when I might have a delivery date. After two full weeks with only promises that I would know "soon," and QMM having had all of my belongings for 4 weeks, I asked for the reason for the delay, or if there was any update. They were not able to provide any further information. As I had not contracted them myself, I began to grow concerned and contacted the company I had hired, who assured me this was not at all normal and they contacted QMM themselves. The following business day, QMM informed me that the reason they had been unable to deliver my belongings was because of an additional charge, that had been incurred nearly 5 weeks prior, that I had not yet paid - even though this was the first I had heard of it. They said that if I paid this fee, my items could be delivered in two days time. As soon as I made the payment over the phone, I was informed that there had been a "miscommunication" and there was still no estimated delivery date for my items. Once again, I was told I would know "soon." It was not until after I called and spoke to management that I received a delivery date for my items. All in all, the process was frustrating, lengthy and confusing. I appreciate that there are restrictions due to COVID-19 but I would have preferred some answer, at some stage, instead of vague promises of maybe receiving an answer in the future. If it were not for the actual movers, who were absolutely brilliant and absolutely worth 5 stars, this would have been a 1 star review.

I recently relocated from Windsor, ON, Canada, to Western Colorado. At the origin, Windsor Truck and Storage handled my loading -- but it was Don from QMM Toronto Office who drove my stuff down and unloaded it with local agents. Don was reliable and courteous, calling me from the road once he successfully crossed the border to update me on his exact day and time of arrival. He was pleasant and professional to deal with, and ensured that everything was done satisfactorily and to my liking. Aside from a solitary little lamp that broke (which was baffling -- since the box it was in was perfectly intact), everything arrived in very good condition and was handled very well; everything was unloaded quickly and efficiently, and any furniture that had been dismantled to save space was reassembled for me. If and when I return home to Canada, I'll be reaching out to QMM Toronto Office directly.

It was overwhelming to choose a moving company for a long distance Canada-Us move with a large family. We decided to go ahead with QMM. Prior to the move, Tyler and Ana were absolutely amazing. Every email or phone calls were answered promptly and some paperwork was a bit confusing but they were great at helping us out. We always felt we were not alone in this process. And the movers and driver (Jake) were fast, efficient, polite and very nice. Everything went smoothly because of all of them. We are very happy we chose them!

It was difficult to find a company who we could trust since there are so many horror stories online about cross-country moving. Since we have never done this before, we started the moving process with confusion, frustration, and many questionable quotes from a variety of moving companies. Finally, we found QMM. They were attentive and transparent with the moving expectations and cost (e.g., our final cost was quite close to the estimate - so no surprise increase - and they provided a detailed breakdown of the costs with explanations for each fee). Ana and Tyler were incredibly helpful answering our questions and making sure that our moving experience went smoothly. The movers from Allied Van Lines were quick, careful, friendly, and very professional. We received everything much sooner than expected and nothing was damaged or broken. It was an absolute pleasure working with QMM and we highly recommend their services.

I just moved from Toronto to Florida and have only good things to say about QQM. From a sales person (Tyler) and my customer manager (Anna), to my actual mover/truck driver (Jake), everything was outstanding and everyone was so professional. Because of my work, I have moved a quite number of times in my career, but this move was by miles the best and smoothest move I have ever had despite the fact that it was a cross-boarder move from Canada to the States. Having my truck driver who also packed, loaded, unloaded, and unpacked from the origin to the destination was seamless and so beneficial since I dealt with the same person. Jake was great from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend QQM for anyone if he/she expects the best moving experience.

have ongoing outstanding claim from damages incurred on a local move. company so far refusing to acknowledge damages caused despite photographs. should have basically looked over each of the 4 movers shoulders while moving contents of house.
