Weeks to respond with a quote, weeks more to respond with any further information, unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and rather than offering any apologies for their (multiple staff) shortcomings, they continuously made excuses such as "they're too busy", "no one wants to work right now because they can all just ride CERB", and many other blame-placing comments. Have moved nationally and internationally dozens of times and have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from a moving company. Would highly recommend Mayflower for your moving needs but would never recommend AMJ as a trusted moving service. These comments may be targeted toward individuals out of the Toronto head office, rather than specifically those in the Edmonton office; it was impossible to keep track of all of the various employees involved.

We moved within Edmonton we asked to drop off items at a few places and pick up stuff too. Not very straight forward at all! But AMJ Campbell made it happen- of course communication was key, as well as patient, capable staff in advance to plan as well as on the day of the move. We were very happy with the smooth move!

Only the scheduling of delivery was a little stressful as there is a target window date - not necessarily the date you request. Don and his team were great to work with. Our experience with AMJ was fantastic. We worked with Aysha McRorie-Monreau, Commercial Accounts Manager from AMJ. Aysha & her team promised & delivered a smooth move for our office. All aspects of the work that we needed their support on was met. They were friendly, professional, organized & reliable. We moved our entire office from one floor to another floor in Manulife Place. AMJ came to dismantle furniture so that we could donate items to charity ahead of our move date. They provided moving bins to us promptly to accommodate a move during COVID times. They stayed in contact with us though out the entire planning process right through to completion. Aysha frequently checked in with me to see if we needed anything. Aysha and Mike Fequet, Project Manager met with me to review our current space and our new space to ensure they understood the scope of work that needed to be done. On moving day Mike and his team arrived on time and worked with us until the move and the unpacking was complete. He arrived with his team of hard working employees to make our day as seamless as possible. They worked with us until we were happy with the end results. They continued to follow up with us the following week to ensure everything was in the correct space and returned to install some shelves and cabinets for us. They also completed the decommission of our old office ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend reaching out to Aysha and Mike from AMJ to help you with your upcoming move. We would give you 10 stars to you and & your team !

When I selected AMJ Campbell to do my move, I chose them because I dealt with them before and they are the largest in Canada and didn’t think I would run into any trouble. I dealt with Suzanne Bacchus who was initially quite responsive to emails including when I needed boxes, arranging a date of the move and paying the $250 deposit. My understanding is that when you confirm a date of a move, it would also include the start time as well. However after paying the deposit, when I inquired into the time of the move for the purposes of setting up the moving elevator in my apartment, she ignored my emails and after making several inquiries, she indicated that it wasn’t her problem and was another department’s problem. After threatening to move my business elsewhere as I couldn't work with a move date with no start time, I was told the deposit was non-refundable and they would work with whatever time I set on move date (which was 1.5 months away). I proposed several times during the day and each time slot was ‘rejected’ for various reasons like ‘warehouse not open or workers on break’. After threatening to go on social media if I didn’t get my refund, I was told I would receive a refund of $250 as a one time exception with a cheque in the mail sent by another department. After a month passed, I still didn’t receive the refund cheque and was told that I had to remove my one star on Google Reviews in order to possibly qualify for a refund. I told them that I decided that at this point, making the truth known about the service provided by Suzanne Bacchus at AMJ be made public is more important than receiving a refund in exchange for keeping my mouth shut. I will be following up with a letter to the headquarters regarding what has happened here. My recommendation, before you make a deposit, make sure you are assigned a start time with the move date and ask for all the terms and conditions of the deposit instead of trusting their integrity

We can’t say enough good things about the AMJ Campbell Edmonton team. From the beginning, with Don’s accurate estimate of our household goods, and advice about preparing to move, we felt confident they were trustworthy. Tonya and Gerry’s packing team were stellar and everything arrived at our new home intact. Mike, Kyle and Larry went beyond to load our furniture, including family antiques, with meticulous attention which they also demonstrated when they delivered our household goods at our new home. The communication with Larissa in sales and Tammy (?) in dispatch was excellent and the crews arrived and delivered on time. Every team member was courteous and professional. Such a welcome relief at a stressful time of selling and buying a house as we moved from Edmonton to Kelowna. Highly recommend the Edmonton team!

I am incredibly happy that I went with AMJ Campbell for my local move. Don in sales was a peach, providing a virtual assessment of my suite and answering any questions I had during the process. Austin and his team—Chris and Dale—were incredibly efficient with moving my myriad of furniture and boxes to my new home. They handled everything with care and were incredibly friendly. Very happy with the crew that arrived to pack up our house. We are moving from west central AB to southern AB and they are storing our stuff for a little over a month. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and organized. They took the time to plan the loading of the trailer, and took great care to ensure the items were not damaged. This was our first time moving this distance and with a moving company, I would definitely use them again. We are a family of 4 and have a LOT of stuff haha

We can’t say enough good things about AMJ. They moved our 3 storey home from St. Albert, AB to Kelowna, BC and man did they work hard and get the job done. We had other movers booked but due to Covid protocols they cancelled two days before our moving date. AMJ Campbell answered my frantic email plea on a Sunday morning, came in at the same price and quite literally saved the day! The move was fast, the guys were incredibly organized and careful with our belongings and arranged furniture in the rooms exactly as we wanted it. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

We were so happy with the AMJ experience, from the first visit from their rep, to the day after moving when they came to pick up the big bags to dispose of them. Everything went so smoothly, and their planning system showed us how to be organized for moving day. The movers were great - professional, respectful and nice. I especially appreciated it when I heard the supervisor tell the fellows that they were doing a great job. Definitely recommend AMJ. Deserve 10 stars.

Had two different crews for move out and move in and they all were exceptional, professional and did an amazing job from start to finish. The Admin and office staff also did an amazing job with organizing and scheduling and were great to work with. I have quite a few fragile antiques and all were handled with utmost care and arrived safely. Would highly recommend them as well as their storage facilities. Great people to work with.

We used AMJ Campbell again for both a residential and commercial move. Their teams were amazing to find a way to get 2 trips done in one day. The initial quote I received was better than other moving companies to start with. They finished the move faster than expected, considering how much stuff was moved around, so the cost was lower too! After hiring them for 2 moves, this is what I like about them: 1. a better staffed company, with people who have worked there for decades 2. better availability to accommendate clients' needs, again because they are better staffed 3. well trained movers, professional and fast, because they understand clients are paying for their time 4. hard working people-- their sales managers emailed or called me after regular office hours or on weekends to make things work for me; their movers kept working the whole day with very short coffee breaks, not to mention it was raining that day. I have no hesitation using their service again.

Contracted AMJ to move a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, with a moving target for a date of possession. They accommodated this fluid schedule and their team responded with a sense of urgency that allowed us to get back to business quickly. Exceed expectations, would not hesitate to recommend this team.

After Trying 4 different Companies, AMJ Campbell / ATLAS was the best value! They are also on the AMA / CAA web site with a $100 Reward with AMA dollars. They were Professional in every Aspect, right from the Face Time review of the Heavy items to be moved, to Not taking more than 1 Day, to Move (like another large Company). The quote and the 4 Movers were all Professional and Efficient. The Head Mover Mike and his Team were just First Class. Bottom Line I Will Hire them again!

We had a very big move AB to BC, large load, almost 13,000 lbs - AMJ Provided us with professional and helpful staff at the office in Edmonton- kind, patient, answering my many questions. They also provided us with an awesome driver (John C )! At the start destination they were hard-working, efficient, polite. Put in a long day at the beginning address as we needed a shuttle. On the receiving end , we got to avoid another shuttle charge because John put that massive truck exactly in place. Again this crew was helpful, efficient, polite and kind, taking care of our things, and putting back together anything that had been dismantled at the origin. One of the most disorganized moves ever. The day before AMJ was supposed to contact me 24 hrs before. They still have not and my contact Don Berbeneck a man who is a partner for the Edmonton division decides to ghost any and all phone calls nor his staff refused to help give a time for the move. AMJ Campbell helped me with a local move. As a property manager, I’ve used their commercial services many times before and include them on a list of recommendations to tenants. This was the first time I used their residential moving service and I’m so impressed. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from booking to the day of the move. On moving day, the crew arrived early and was very professional. They laid down mats on the floor and had everything moved into the truck within a couple hours. They even take the odd items that don’t quite fit into any boxes like wall decorations and laundry drying racks. They provided five free hanging wardrobe boxes, plus TV boxes and mattress bags for an additional cost. When we arrived at the new house, they asked where I wanted each and every box and wouldn’t let me do any of the lifting or sorting. The crew were absolute gems and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrendous service. First, they never answer the phone (I tried dozens of times) so you have to leave a message. Then they never return their phone calls! I had a pickup scheduled for my furniture (after they sent me a message to say my furniture had arrived), and then they send a bizarre email about how my furniture was suddenly back ordered. So, I try, try, try to call and find out what was going on. Not until multiple calls I made to the furniture company (Urban Barn),and talked to a manager there (twice) did anyone get any response from AMJ Campbell. Their story was “we had a computer inventory problem”…. Although I am not sure how that meant they couldn’t answer their phone or return their messages. Wow, just wow. Communication is Zero with these people. Customer Service non-existent.
