We had the first contact through email and, after I replied with the information they requested, they have been unresponsive. I did a follow up and there was no reply. I called several times and no one answered, and their voice mail is too full so you can't even leave a message to call back. At this point I stopped trying to reach them and made arrangements with another company. Disappointing.

Saved my day at last moment,,, need to get a furniture piece picked up from kamloops and delivered at salmon arm. The guy who i talked with was really helpful and arranged delivery at last moment for me,, team was professional and fast

It was way smooth move than my last experience with other moving company. Charges were per hour and there were no hidden charges. Movers placed the stuff in each room where I asked them. Overall it was smooth and stress free move

We booked about 3 weeks in advance of our move on June 25th and gave them a deposit. On the day of the move they called and cancelled. Because we had until the 30th to move I tried to book him for the next day. He cancelled again the next day and did not come on the Sunday which he said he could. These guys don't deserve to be in business if they can't show up. We were left in a total bind until our awesome neighbors stepped up and moved us in a 4 snowmobile trailer. 8 neighbors and my wife and I we're moving in the hottest week of June. These neighbours deserve the Kudos and Cargo-Chain needs to go down.

I highly recommend them and they are amazing! I hired them for an in-town move and for out of town move for my mom and was super impressed. They are on time and EFFICIENT! Not only their price was right but also they worked hard and carefully to ensure everything goes smoothly. I also had piano and gym equipment which I was concerned but they surely did a fantastic job! Can't say enough great things about them! Both the jobs were done in timely manner
