Everything was moved in a timely fashion, and nothing was badly damaged. They did a great job at getting my king-size mattress up the stairs in an older home. Their helper seemed more concerned about my stuff then moving it. I felt like he was eyeing my music equipment, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I was told an arm chair wouldn't fit up the stairs, along with other stuff, and last night I thought I would try myself. I moved the arm chair up the stairs by myself with a bad back, and bad knees without removing the legs. Makes me wonder what else could of gone up that was just piled in my porch.

The men were extremely professional, and really hustled. All future was wrapped in plastic and furniture pads. They took direction well. The only reason I didn't give them 5 starrs is because they don't accept credit cards and nowhere was that diaclosed.

I have never had such a positive experience with a company before. This was our first time using movers and we don't regret it one bit. I shopped around other moving companies in the city and I was quoted over $700 to $1200. Wayne quoted us at a lower price and was great to deal with. I was alone for the move and unfortunately as a female it is typical to have your guard up and become extra cautious when you are around strangers. They held conversations with me while they were working, joked around and made me feel very comfortable. They were efficient, careful with my belongings and extremely friendly. They moved us in a very timely manner and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them every time I need somethings moved!

We booked Wayne's Moving to move across the city and do not regret that decision. They were on time and started working immediately. They were efficient and friendly. As much as it wounded me to be called 'sir' they were, nevertheless, polite and professional. We prepared as much as possible in advance and as a result it was a relatively painless move, taking around two hours from start to finish for our two bedroom + basement house. We'd definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

Great experience using these guys. Professional. They took care of our stuff. Furniture were wrapped to avoid scratches and dinks, and they laid carpet on the house so that they didn't scratch our floor. Their price was also very reasonable. Would definitely use them again the next time we move.

I got movers to carry a large reclining couch, a cabinet, a sewing desk, and two chairs from basement to garage. I told them couch had to be taken apart to be moved but they said they could do it whole. They charged me an extra hour trying to get it out of basement in one piece and poking a hole in my wall before taking it apart and carrying it upstairs like I first told them to do. Then they turned it over on the dirty garage floor to put back together before I had to ask them to please put it on my clean tarps. Very friendly guys but sure not worth the extra hour I had to pay for. Won’t use them again.
